After having sustained injuries from a…read morecar accident that needed months of rehabilitation, I contacted Fiossa Transit Medical Transportation Service whom had been recommended to me by an elderly relative of mine, (whom used them regularly for their own hospital visits and is wheelchair bound) and where very pleased with the company. I needed daily pickup and drop off to Kessler Rehab Center as I could no longer drive myself. Punctual and pleasant staff! Not once in those months where they late or made me wait, which I really appreciated. The owner of Fiossa T.M.T.S, Mr Frank Iossa was very professional, friendly and caring. She was finally on her way at 4:17. There was zero communication unless I called for an update. I had an aide waiting for my mom since 3pm...who pays for that since they texted eta is 2:34? So disappointed and don't recommend. I asked for a partial refund and we'll see if they get back to me. It's three days later and manager never responded to me. Don't use!

She was secured in her wheelchair prior to leaving the house and was safely secured in the van. I was happy that I could ride with her. Our ride home was scheduled for 12:00 but her exam ran later than expected, and Edison waited until we were ready to go home. We would use this company again.

Very disappointing and unreliable. I called Enslin's in advance of my need for a cab for a local…read moretrip. I was asked to call on the morning of the day I needed the cab. I did so. I asked for a cab for 1:45 pm. When the car was still not there at 2 pm, I phoned Enslin's and was told that they could not locate the driver and suggested I call another company, whose number they gave me. I did so, but only got a voice mail. I called back, and was given another cab company's name and was told to google it. I do not have smart phone and asked for a phone number. While I waited, I got cut off. I gave up and waited for another hour to be picked up by my husband, who was having medical tests (which was why I needed a cab in the first place). It is amazing to me that Enslin's had no other cab they could have sent and basically washed their hands of the whole situation. I will never consider Enslin's again.
