I was a little disappointed in the steak and cheese though, as the steak was chopped fine with the consistency of ground beef and the cheese wasn't freshly melted cheese, but more of a queso base cheese. Portion was pretty small for $12, but gave us just the amount of light sustenance we needed before making our way to another brewery. I had a Beef Sandwich and a Chicago Dog from their tiny food truck that was parked at Fort Collins Nursery. The Beef was EXCELLENT, like Portillo's. It comes with Hot Giardenara peppers but no sweet peppers. The dog was very good also. It even comes on a Poppy Seed hot dog bun. Very authentic, very delicious. I will hunt then down whenever I'm in FOCO.
