Cheesesteaks and baked ravioli, perfect brewery food. Ravioli is fun, cheesesteak classic. They need to keep adding signature items but order up.

Cheesesteak (top seller) accompanied by a New Belgium brew!

Run, don't walk to this place! I am by no means a cheesesteak fan, but they swore by it and I'll tell you what - I didn't know what I was missing! Their spin on the otherwise "authentic Philly cheesesteak" blows those out of the water! Thoughtful spices and ingredients that brings you depth in flavors! Will absolutely recommend - they are at New Belgium on Mondays!

Worked around food allergies and still delivered excellent sandwiches. Great cheesesteak.

Our server, Monica, was phenomenal! She went through the dinner and drink menu with us very thoroughly and checked in on us consistently. She brought a warm and inviting energy that made our experience so delightful! The food was top notch. We started off with fresh bread, which was light but filling. The pappardelle al ragù was phenomenal! The noodles were perfectly cooked and had a good snap. The ragù was seasoned well and kept you wanting more. The lobster risotto was heavenly! The risotto was creamy and was packed with flavor from the lobster broth. There was also a good amount of lobster on top as well! The cocktails are also amazing. We had the old-fashioned and the bergamot aperol spritz. Both were perfectly crafted! Lastly, we got cannolis for dessert and they were by far the best cannolis I've had! Not too sweet and balanced well with the pistachios. Will definitely be back again soon!

Something to note-gnocchi isn't a year round menu item and sandwiches are not an all day menu item. I saw a lot of pictures of gnocchi on various review sites and was looking forward to it but was told that's an item they usually only carry toward winter time. I was bummed and the sandwiches are only a lunch time thing. The restaurant plays a variety of music and it's at a level that is good so you can hear the person talking across the table. Some restaurants crank it up too loud. Theirs was perfect. The restaurant was clean. We paid $22.67 for 3 slices of cheese pizza and a side of meatballs. We drank water. The service was friendly and the restaurant had an upscale yet casual vibe which I appreciated.

We had our drinks and appetizers in no time and our dinner was served very quickly after that. We ordered the "crispy" calamari, which was not crispy AT ALL. Very limp and oily. The mozzarella garlic bread was not bad but could have been cooked a bit more. Again, it seemed underdone, like the calamari. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo which wasn't bad but a bit lacking in flavor. My husband had the eggplant Parmesan, which he said was crispy on the outside but more or less uncooked on the inside. His side of pasta had a watery sauce. My glass of Prosecco was very good. The bar area seemed very busy - we sat in a booth in the dining area and there weren't many people there when we were there at 5pm. Just a bit disappointed in our meal here - oh well.

I Found this Piadina purely by chance but it is one of those events that makes me believe in a higher power/divine plan. Met the owner himself and I have never met a man with more passion and heart. Before ordering I Received a fascinating brief lesson on Piadina (the flat bread used in their sandwiches) and learned not only does he make the bread himself every day but it's a recipe he brought over from Italy and dates back to the 1300s!!!! Which all makes sense because while I tried two different sandwiches the consistent star for both was the flat bread itself. A contradiction on the plate somehow both flat and fluffy, light but filling. I cannot stress enough how truly amazing this bread is. I ordered the Daniele which I forget the exact ingredients but I know had perfectly textured prosciutto in there, and also a caprese vegetarian option which just screamed fresh ingredients. I'm a pretty big eater so I was able to finish two by myself even thought I was going to save some for later but just walking around the cute old town Fort Collins eating antique recipe Italian flatbread was just too much fun. I know they have a truck that roams around Ft Collins doling delicious treats and will for sure now be one of my go to places!

This was probably because the 2 guys working in the truck were going toe-to-toe yelling "f*ck you" in each other's faces. This is a small, family owned restaurant right on the edge of the CSU campus. You get the homey, welcome feel when you enter. There were four of us and we all enjoy Italian food. Two of us shared a pizza and the other two got Chicken Parmigiana with spaghetti. The service and preparation of food was swift. Our glasses were kept topped off. And we all enjoyed our food. Our birthday girl had a cannoli at the end to celebrate her day as well as leftovers to take back to her dorm.

We made an effort today though, to get to it for lunch. I got the Chicken Parmigiana Marinara ($20) (and my wife got the Eggplant Parmigiana ($20). I truly enjoyed my meal and my wife truly hated the Eggplant Parm. When our waiter, "Jackson" asked (for the second time) how everything was, I told him the truth. The first time my wife didn't say anything. We did not expect him to comp our meal, of course, but he did bring us a dessert I'd never had before, "Local Tiramisu Gelato from Sub Zero", and boy, Howdy, was THAT ever good! I thought I had died and gone to heaven! The total, with tax, came to $44, not unusual in today's market, I suppose. My wife says she'll never go back, and mentioned something about wild horses. Given the circumstances, I probably won't either, but it won't be because of the food. Looking at their drink menu though, I'm glad I don't drink much anymore. The drinks averaged around $12. I suppose that, too, is not unusual, but I don't know. Beer was $8, with a dozen taps to choose from. I didn't. Water worked just fine with my chicken parm. If this sounds good to you, give a new restaurant a try!
