Good customer service means remaking the burger without being asked, and also giving a token (gift card, free food) to say "we're sorry, please come back"- something for the inconvenience and have us consider returning to this location. They remade the burger, and it still wasn't exactly what I ordered! This place isn't cheap, we expect employees to be able to read their tickets and get things correct the first time or make it right by the customer.
