They tasted fresh, delicious and were hot upon delivery. My husband ordered the walleye with broccoli as his main entree. My daughter ordered a Philly cheesesteak and I ordered the shrimp fajitas. The shrimp were cooked perfectly! I love the combination of green bell peppers and onions that is sautéed to give the shrimp a great flavor. The cilantro rice that comes with the dish was slightly undercooked. It usually is good but this time was off. My tortillas were also a bit on the dry side. Overall, always get great service here. We come here at least 2-3 times a month, sometimes with the kids, sometimes late night for an easy date. Is the food the best I have ever had? No, but I am also not expecting that since I'm not paying $100 a plate. Is this REALLY good bar food? YES - and the specials are always different and delicious also. Is this probably the fastest and nicest service I have ever had consistently? YES. 1000 times yes. Nice, if not common, midwestern sports bar vibe... bit loud (not a problem), plenty of tv's, and reclaimed wood on the wall and sills. We had a great server that was very attentive. Wife got a two-fer tito's and soda... plenty of soda but tito's seemed to have left the building. No worries about her driving home today! I must have forgotten where I was - the land of 'pepperjack cheese needs a warning label'. Thankfully the burger had very little flavor as well, so the lack of spice was underwhelmed by that. But hey! there's always the fries, right?!?... yeah... not kidding, I swear these sat under a heat lamp for an hour before wandering on to our plate. Toasty warm? yes... and with that awesome, stale, non crunchy frozen french fry vibe that we all love so much. Picking up the Togo was the best part about it. Host was quick and nice. Food however, was terrible. Forgot cheese on the burger that we paid extra for, also forgot cheese on the Philly sandwich. Both were so way over cooked, couldn't even eat the Philly with the bread seeming to be 3 days old, dry and ends rock hard. Burger was a hockey puck and soaked in watered down mayo. Also- they need to figure out another way to box fries, can't put it In a closed box with the sandwich, they are just mush and not hot. I get togo food is a gamble but this was beyond bad. The best thing we've had were the wings. The burgers are a 3/5, not bad. The sandwiches have been not so great and same with the salads from my experience. However, the part that makes this place worth visiting from time to time is the 2-for-1's all day! That is tough to beat. I might be giving an unfair review but I got the Cajun shrimp tacos and they were not the good. The shrimp itself was good but they were not very generous on how much was given in each taco. The rice that came with it was lacking any flavor at all. On the other hand everyone else that I was with said their food was great so I guess I'll have to go back and give it another chance. Not sure why this Willy McCoys is so bad compared to the others. First, we were seated at a dirty table by a rude hostess, had to flag someone down to clean the table. Not sure why she chose to seat us there when there were several clean tables, she dropped the menus and disappeared before we even realized how nasty the table was. Server was friendly enough, got us drinks and took our order. Someone else brought out the food from the kitchen. Appetizer was boneless wings and were very overdone and looked like the cook had made a chicken breast or tenders, sauced them and chopped them to "boneless wing" size, very odd and not how we ever have gotten them at other locations. Then the entrees came out, of course one was wrong and had to go back, the other was a salad, almost no dressing on it, had to flag down our server and ask for more, had a bit of attitude, but returned quickly with it. Overall a bad experience. We normally go the Ramsey and Champlin locations and things there are so much better. I would recommend skipping this location. Good American food in a Cowboy/Western atmosphere. My family had lunch here last week. We all left full! Their Cuban sandwich was an excellent take on the classic. I'll go for sliced ham, tender BBQ pork etc on a pressed French roll any time! It needs yellow mustard over their garlic aioli however. My wife enjoyed the Buffalo chicken flat bread. It had good chunks of chicken on a crispy crust and tangy, spicy Buffalo sauce. The kids had fish and chips and a chicken tender melt. The fish was breaded well but it was in the triangle shapes of commercially prepared fish patties. The melt sandwich was piled high with chicken tender and bacon. we've been regular customers at the Albertville location for several years. We enjoy the sports bar atmosphere and have always had great service from the bartenders, and for the most part, we've been quite satisfied with the quality of the food. However, since the beginning of this year we feel the quality and presentation of the food is not as good as it once was. For example, if we order a sandwich, it's just thrown together in a sloppy manner and is very difficult to hold together while trying to eat. Plus, the fillings are not spread evenly - a chunk of one thing here, a chunk of something else there. Like someone just stood at a distance and threw the items on the bread! Last nights experience, however, prompted me to write this. We both ordered the beef bites. Impossible to cut or chew!! I'm quite sure the beef bites were actually pieces of stew meat, tough and tasteless. We tried to eat a couple of bites but gave up and got a "to go" box. Today I made beef vegetable soup with the meat and after simmering for hours the soup turned out great and the meat was finally tender. So, why on earth do you have this item on the menu if it's impossible to eat? I should think customers would be happier if it were removed from the menu. read more

From the moment the host walked us to the table, and before we could even sit down, she told us to wrap it up in 45 minutes because there was a reservation coming. Then, my wife sits down only to discover her seat was covered in food (mashed potatoes) and got all over the bottom of her nice jeans. We order fajitas, and it was burnt so bad the food was stuck to the pan and the shrimp was complete rubber. A little char on fajitas is good, but a black pile of veggies and meat is unacceptable. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting and in obvious need of attention. When the manager finally came over, she acted very dismissive of our concerns and hardly seemed to care about the condition of the food or the fact that my wife's jeans were ruined even though the seat was still covered in food too. A short while later, somebody returned with new fajitas that were not burned to a crisp. Giving one star because we got replacement fajitas and $20 off our tab. Please consider absolutely any other restaurants and bars in the area before visiting this dump. read more
