Lots of downfalls upon my visit here…read more Most importantly, stale bagels. I ordered two breakfast bagels (egg, cheese, sausage), a plain bagel with cream cheese, and a lox bagel and two mini plain bagels for my kids. Not one person enjoyed their bagel. It was extra chewy, dry, and absolutely tasteless. The lox was forgettable. The cream cheese was good, but that was it. Add on a very long wait time for a line that wasn't very long and less than friendly service and that leads to this low review. The only perk was the parking lot and arriving early on a Wednesday left ample parking. Will definitely try out another option next time we want bagels.

After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable recommending BK or returning as a customer. I hope management takes customer service concerns more seriously and provides better training and accountability for their staff.

I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for the team at Jersey Mike's. Walking in is always a great experience--the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. They not only know me but also remember my usual order, which adds a personal touch I really value. I'm a couple of days late writing this review, but I wanted to make sure I expressed my gratitude. On my most recent visit, I had placed an order through the app and went in to pick it up. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. Jason, in particular, stood out--he remembered me from previous visits and even asked about my son, Josh, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I happened to have my arm in a sling due to a recent surgery, and Jason showed genuine concern. He was so empathetic and even offered me a free cookie to brighten my day. It's these small acts of kindness that truly make a difference. We already love Jersey Mike's for the great food, but the exceptional level of service at this location is what keeps us coming back. Admittedly, the sandwiches are a little pricey in comparison to a subway sandwich, I paid roughly $11 for a six inch sub. The quality of the sandwiches are far more superior than most franchise sub shops. I love that they cut the deli meat in front of you. This location has a ton of seating for various part sizes. I recommend doing one of the daily specials to save money if you want chips and a soda because it'll add up.
