Did you know that Culver's gives you a free custard during your birthday month? You can get any flavor with one topping or their flavor of the day. That's what got me in the door, but I decided to make this a whole dinner and so glad I did. Love the double butter, burger, and that you can upgrade your sides to onion rings or cheese curds. I had never had their fish sandwich before. It was perfectly fried and super tasty on the bun. I forgot that the cheese curds were both yellow and white, which is a nice mix. The pretzel bites were shockingly soft and paired really well with the cheese dip. My favorite drink is there Culver's root beer. I'm glad that they have a diet version, so I do half-and-half with their regular and diet so it's not quite as sugary. Plenty of seating in the area and when it's warm, they have an outdoor space. We visited this location on Tuesday, March 10 at approximately 10:15am. The young lady who took our order was very professional and walked us through the various options available to us. Great job! The young lady who brought our carry out order to us was equally as cordial. My wife and I both remarked that we would definitely return. I love Culver's burgers but had never tried the fish. I was greeted by a bubbly young woman that actually put a smile on my face. I ordered the three piece cod dinner and she gave me my table number and I sat down. The restaurant was clean with a nice Culver's motif. I received my food and wow everything looks absolutely delicious. I ordered the three-piece cod because I thought they were going to be small but they weren't. I was also surprised at the size of tartar sauce thank you Culver's. They know that you need more than a couple of packets of tartar sauce. I was really surprised that they gave me lemon and had malt vinegar. I even received butter for my warm dinner roll. I felt so fancy. The fish was flaky and hot, it had a crispy coating that really highlighted the fish. The coleslaw was crunchy and creamy. The French fries were well seasoned and served piping hot. The dinner roll was fluffy and the butter wasn't needed but added to the fanciness of my entire experience. I might have to dig a little deeper into the Culver's menu. My fiancé and I grabbed a bite last night at this location. I ordered through the website and we parked at the curbside pick up. A very high energy, enthusiastic, male, teen employee brought our food out with a huge smile and great attitude, that's what customer service is all about and it's not everywhere you are greeted with positive interactions like that. We were overwhelmed with joy. The weather was nice out so we decided to eat at their outdoor patio which had nice benches and tables. In terms of the food, Culver's always delivers excellent burgers and fries! I got the sourdough melt and it was made to perfection. One thing I love about Culver's is the fact that the food isn't greasy, buns taste amazing, bread is amazing, fries are crispy without the greasiness. This location is doing an amazing job with the employees and food quality! Keep it up guys. read more

Forgot to take pictures but the food was really good! I ordered the deluxe butter burger without the bun. I like how I can add extra lettuce and no salt added to my burger and fries. They gave me a plastic knife and fork as well. Next time I'll add double the patty lol. The cashier, Hanna (hope I got it right!), was super friendly and patient. I forgot to add no mayo to my order and she said no problem. She told the grill master, Sam (I believe!) and he was like got it! Overall the atmosphere was a pretty good experience. The grilled chicken sandwich was moist and tasty, but made upside down. Also, the mashed potatoes are indeed bland like many others say. However, their custard is so friggin good. I hae no idea what has happened to Culver's but I'm never coming here again. Not only did I pay a fortune a month or so ago, for an over-fried, dark brown, grease-laden piece of Walleye, but yesterday I risked ordering a burger. For some reason, they have now decided they are smash burger central and are incapable of cooking a burger that isn't greasy and burnt at the edges. If you ask them not to smash it, they tell you they can't do that. Begs the question whether these burgers are actually prepared fresh. So I attempted to eat the burnt greasy burger with thin slices of unmelted cheese and it was not good at all. read more

Today I went to Culver's around noon. It was our first time going to this location. It was a bit confusing with the curbside pick up sign saying to state "I'm here" via email. I did it via app and email as well. Noticed it took them around 10 more mins than expected so I gave them a call. They gave my order to the wrong car and were making a new batch. The wait after that call was maybe 5-10 mins max. The service was good as they acknowledged that they had given it to the wrong car and told me my new estimated time. We did not go inside but for sure this location gets busy! In a span of 10 minutes their parking lot got pretty full. So I would assume the ambiance inside during lunch would be pretty busy'. The food overall was great! We wanted to grab meals but smaller portions so we got the kids meal. The kids meal came with a sandwich which is a single patty and any toppings you chose, fries (can upgrade to medium for only 10c, a small drink, and a single scoop of custard with any one topping. It was a good deal considering the kids meal is around 6-7 bucks! We would for sure come again when we are craving their custard! read more

There's an Employee there by the name Marcus. He is the most pleasant sweet spirited person! Extremely professional and helpful. His mannerisms are fantastic. If they have an employee of the month, he definitely should be one. He has such a beautiful smile. when my daughter and I asked for ketchup because the employee at the window through the drive-through didn't give it to us Marcus was more than happy to do so his service is top-tier. and I overheard how he spoke to the other customers and he is genuinely a good person from what I saw. Since I have some folks helping me get my car, my house ready to move. I decided to buy them lunch and they wanted Culver's. But that was a mistake. I placed an order which included a couple of chicken, tender orders, and some fries. I guess some people probably like that Culvers does this thing where they force you to pull up instead of just giving you your order, but I'm not one of those people who likes to have to pull up in the non-shaded area , and wait for my order to show up eventually. When it did show up, it half of the order was missing. The person who brought the order out told me I had to go around that's fine. I did that and I was told that they rang me up for two piece chicken tenders instead of the four piece that is on their menu. Nowhere on their menu do they mention a two piece chicken tender-- unless that some sort of kids portion which I didn't ask for or specify, nor was, I asked if that is what I was ordering-- this is what I got. They also didn't include one of the orders of fries that I had ordered so when I went back, I had to pay additionally because they didn't charge me correctly, obviously. They tried to get me to pull up again and wait, but I told them that I was not going to do that since I couldn't trust them to get my order correct anyway and the AC is not I couldn't turn the AC on on my car and I had an infant who I wasn't going to sit out under the hot sun in 80° weather.
