The customer right before me received giant scoops of meat, but when it was my turn, a different server who was assigned to my bowl gave me a tiny two-ounce scoop. The overall energy was very low. I've been to many Chipotle locations in many different states, and I will never go to this one again. I was very unsatisfied with the experience. I recommend going somewhere else, like Jersey Mike's, where the employees are happy to be there and treat customers with respect. It's an amazing business, and they're very charitable as well.

I was tired of being disappointed when I wanted a pot pie and they were all out of them. Recently, I called them and the man who answered was nice and said they would hold two pies for me and my order would be ready when I got there. He asked me when I would be there and I said, "15 minutes." I got there, pulled up to the order box and told them I was there to pick up an order. When I got to the window, the worker said he had no record of my order. After I was made to wait 10 min. (there were NO other customers there but me) I was fuming. I parked my car and went inside to complain. When I told the "manager" that I had ordered over the phone she claimed that they don't do that and that whomever I had spoken to was "lying" to me. Huh? I demanded an apology and received an insincere one. They then brought out my order and the manager said it wasn't mine and that it was for delivery. Her co-worker said it was mine. It was. She sarcasticly said, "Sorry again." I said, "Don't talk to me." She then ran off, screaming "Leave me alone!!" One worker yelled at me, "Get the hell out out of here!"
