First impression was the restaurant didn't appear to be clean, the employees were not friendly and several customers were standing around waiting for their food. I should have just left but silly me, I placed my order. After standing there waiting at least 15 minutes, my food was finally ready. I took it to go, to eat in my car. It wasn't even 5 minutes later when I started to eat, my food was completely cold. What a disappointment! I took a few bites and ended up throwing it away. The Whopper sandwich is all bun with the thinnest burger I'v ever seen. I will never order from here again. Honestly gross, the whole experience from the restaurant cleanliness, or lack of, the no personality employees and cold nasty food. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go somewhere else like Culver's. It might be a bit more expensive but 100% better. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
