Good potato salad. Place was clean and the food was good too. The service was so-so, but all in all I will go again.

Food is good. Prices are reasonable. I wish they have a drive through option. I would recommend the salads.

Bread was cold with the sandwich. Nothing special about their food and they took their sweet ole time wiping our tables.

I stopped in last minute while out running errands. I was seated immediately on a busy Saturday late morning and greeted right after. The menu is fantastic. Great options, wonderful seasonal specials. (Short rib omelette?! Hell yes!) I wanted basic, so I built my own omelette with a side of bacon and a hot tea. They have a great drink menu- coffee, specialty cocoas, tea, cocktails, mocktails, and refreshers. I was on my way to see a friend, so I grabbed us each a refresher to go. My meal was out in just minutes. Expertly prepared, fresh and delicious. Also a very nice portion. Sourdough toast was excellent. Generous filling for the omelette too. The only drawback was a common plight for strip mall restaurants- entrance that opens straight into the dining room. No foyer or vestibule means the cold January air nipped you in the face every time that front door opened. On cold days, get a table in the back. I'd like to highlight the mocktail concept, too. I often want a spirited drink but don't imbibe booze often. I love that they have offerings. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back!

I also had the Cuban sammich, I'm a sucker for a Cuban and nobody (outside of Miami it seems) makes them "right" - meaning squishing it on a plancha. This one is no different, it's got all the required ingredients to make a Cuban however it was just popped in to the toaster oven and not squished in a plancha. It was still very good however. There were two employees working, no other customers at all. Service was very quick, no waiting really beyond what it took to whip up my order. I took it to go so I can't really comment on the ambience but like I said it was totally empty except for me and the 2 girls behind the counter so if nothing else it was pretty quiet inside.

After eating here I will never go to Panera bread again. This place is soooooo much better. I've never had a better turkey bacon club in my life. The kids loved the cheese flatbread which came with a dessert and a drink for 6.50!!!! The ciabatta bread was delicious. The place was very clean and I was surprised it was empty. But I know I was wanting to come here for months and I believe they maybe just opened back up. I will be back!!!

Potbelly is a great place to go if you want an awesome, fresh, "honest" sandwich. I've been coming…read morehere for 20 years, having lived in Chicago since 2005 before moving to Cleveland. This is a Chicago company that I'm glad has landed in Cleveland. I was never a fan of Subway or any of those other places. Potbelly is different. How? Allow me to explain. First, I'll tell you what I usually get, then build from there. I love their turkey, Swiss, and avocado--my absolute fave. Their Italian "Wreck" is Ah-Mazing. The new prime rib is also excellent. For these sandwiches to work, you really need to start with fresh ingredients, or they'll be awful. After they come out of the oven, they add the avocado. I usually add the lettuce, onion, tomato, and a heaping helping of mayo and giardiniera or hot peppers. They're SO good. Their sandwiches are stuffed with ingredients, regardless of which size you get. The Skinny is filling; that's their smallest size. But wait, there's more! Their bagged chips are sui generis to Potbelly. I haven't even seen them sold in Chicago. But they pair perfectly with their sandwiches. Now, I recommend washing this all down with a bit of sweetness. Their Dream Bars are AH-MAZING. Grab one, even if you save it for later. I love them. I'm a big fan of their lemonade because I'm just sick of carbonated sodas. Folks, Clevelanders....it's worth your while to give this place an honest shot! Potbelly... bring back the PB&J! Nothing like a good, toasted, PB&J!

I'm waffling between 3 and 4 stars for several reasons. I'll start with the good stuff!…read more We started with the mild wings. Their chicken wings are MP, sold by the pound. Today they were $14. They are baked then char-grilled. These wings were excellent! Crispy but still tender, meaty, juicy, wonderful flavor. My burger was also fantastic. Sizeable patty, cooked to the requests temp, and a good portion of fries. Dad had a salad which was a good side salad- pepperoni and lots of cheese! His pasta was okay- noodles were overcooked and a little mushy. Mom's patty melt was not toasted, which was strange. The waitress said the cook was working alone. I imagine that's pretty stressful but we were 4 of only 6 diners in the place. I was surprised it came out seemingly unfinished. Mom said onion rings were very good. Husband said his Crazy Papa Burger was good. Our server did a great job of refilling drinks and checking on us. There were a couple of small things that weren't awesome. It was also freezing in there, so it wasn't a fully pleasant experience. It was expensive, though. Our bill was $96 for 4 meals, 1 appetizer, added side salad, and 4 soft drinks. I often base my rating on whether or not I'll return. I imagine I will be back sometime, because it's close to home and the wings were seriously top notch.
