$20 for a small gluten free sandwich isn't fair. I wish they adjusted their prices to reflect other fast causal restaurants. Otherwise, seems like a good spot but may be overpriced for the quality. It's a small spot with enough seats, next to other great spots, and is a great substitute to nearby options such as Italian and thai food. I wish the staff would have more signage or explanations for their gluten free options as they said the price was less at the beginning of ordering and preparing the food, and then adjusted the price when paying. read more

As soon as I walked into this Jersey Mike's I was greeted by a nice employee named Tim, who was cleaning tables who paused and said "hello, welcome to Jersey Mike's" and then asked how my day was, before he went back to wiping tables. Do not use the app! I was in line waiting & I thought putting in an online order would help. Only 2 employees which were extremely busy. I hit submit just as I am called next. I explained that I just submitted my order. They said they would get to it. I watched the guy behind me order, get his sandwich, sit down eat his meal and leave. There were a least 15 people after me that walked in ordered & receive their food. Tried to ask about my order but I was relegated to it's an on line order! Employee finally hands me my order & says it's 1 minute early! They don't get what happened. Tried to explain to the employee - still didn't get it. I never once raised my voice or used profanity. Employee's part shot as I'm walking out was "Don't come back!" That was just great customer service. So don't use the app to order it doesn't help & they have lousy time management. read more

I feel like the food is delicious, but literally everything else is either subpar or just straight up AWFUL--including their customer service. The prices are high, but its understandable with the changing economy. The employees' behavior, however, is absolutely unacceptable. I am shocked this place has lasted as long as it has, because I have truly never seen more incompetent managers than this establishment. If you're coming here for strictly the food quality, then you'll be satisfied. If you're coming here for an all-around positive experience, then stay away, because I guarantee you'll lose faith in humanity after seeing the type of people the owners hire LOL read more

I don't go here often, only because I'm not a huge "sub" eater, but the food is good and our orders are always made correctly. Whatever they are paying these guys that work here, it's not enough!! The same guy is working there ever time I've been there and he is doing an amazing job trying to keep everything moving along. The wait time at this location is absolutely unreal. They do not have the online ordering system figured out by any means. Even if you order ahead, your order will likely be another 30 minutes delayed. Went in to this shop for the first time tonight at 830 pm or so to order a simple steak and cheese sub. Was the only customer in line waiting to order. The boy on the grill told me that " just so you know, im making the last grilled sub of the night and am shutting down the grill. It is 15 min to close. " It closes at 9, not 845. I spoke to guy on charge on the phone and he said it is policy to shut down a grill (at a sub shop where subs are their capital item) a half hour before close. Even if this is policy which I guarantee isn't cuz the original boy said 15 min til close (it wasn't), the right thing to to would be to either handle it better or take the one last order before shutting it down. Very disappointing. So each night they lose customers by closing up shop a half hour early? Bad customer service at this location. Should have been more apologetic or nice about it. Have gone 3 times since they opened and 2 times my order was messed up. Major staffing and training issues. Kitchen seems very disorderly and work flow just doesnt exist. Tons of staff on and still seemed like people were disregarding orders as someone else's job. On top of the above, the sandwiches are honestly just slightly better than a subway, which isnt saying much, at twice the cost. Seriously with 7 staff members on for a mostly cold sub business can you at least take the time to make sure you got the modifiers correct on the correct sandwiches. A giant sub which is just a large anywhere else is $17, FOR A COLD CUT SUB! And still have a 33% average on getting it right. read more

The manager/shift leader "Leigh" maybe? That's what her visor says I think. She has a TERRIBLE attitude. Food is always good, I've been many times and only once we get the entire wrong order. However, this manager needs better training. I feel terrible for the employees under her. 2nd time I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and got beef. Is it really that hard? Their in store experience is terrible, simply chaos.

Tried this place 3 times. The first time was the weekend they opened. Assuming they had an "opening crew" there to blow customers away! The subs were great! Such a good experience we went back a week later. Totally different people there and you could tell. The same subs were not good at all. Sometimes places have an off day so we tried again and it was still not good. The loud brown haired manager was pretty rude too. I simply stated that I forgot to put the coupon code in and she rudely replied with an, "Oh well! Nothing I can do about that!" Even though another employee stated that other managers adjust it for customers. Then when they put the subs in my bag when my order ready that same rude manager said, "Wait! Is there cookies and chips in there?!" I thought it was odd but maybe she was trying to make the coupon thing right (not expecting anything) Then when her co-worker said no she said, "Oh Good!!" I mean, I was the only customer in there mid-after noon on a slow day. I didn't ask for anything. Sometimes if you mention you forgot to add the coupon and show them the coupon they'll fix it. This lady was awfully rude for no reason. We won't be back simply on principal. Plus, the sandwiches are terrible! read more
