If you are in the mood for a sub in the southeast, Jersey Mike's is a good option. I distinguish here in the Southeast, because coming from New Jersey, there are so many better options. Jersey is truly one of the best places to get a sub and since moving to the southeast, I have painfully been forced to accept the fact that the good down here is not the same. But Jersey Mike's brings an idea of what a Jersey sub is and what all subs should be. Meat and cheese freshly sliced and loaded onto a sub roll. From there, you place the veggies on top and oil, vinegar and spices. It really is not a difficult process, yet so few places implement these steps and fall short of a good sub and wallow in mediocrity. I also must applaud Jersey Mike's on their training. Most of the locations are consistent and offer a good sandwich so you can stop at any location and know what you are going to get. All in all, I recommend this particular location. Happy to cut our subs. Staunchly refused legal tender to pay for the sandwiches. Citing store policy to deny service if you pay with a 50 or a 100 because of other people's counterfeit money. Will not use an identification method to confirm it is real money either. Just flat out won't take it. Then won't give a discount for having to leave to make change and come back. It's been probably a year or a bit longer since we ate it Jersey Mike's and the experience was not nearly as good as it has been in the past or at other locations. I had the big kahuna on Rosemary Parm and the bread was not very good. It was very dry and stale. There's no other way to describe it other than the bread was like an old sub you find in your cabin decide to try and use. Very disappointing. but even worse is when I called the store. I was told that that's just the way their bread is. Have you eaten at Jersey Mike's literally dozens of times in the past I know this is not the case and I know the bread I received was inferior. read more

I went in today for a Philly Cheese Steak, and an Original Italian. Best customer service i'm pretty sure i've ever experienced there. They were a little busy but everyone was so nice and kept apologizing for the wait. I will most definitely be going again. Sandwiches were perfect read more

Food was good lacks a variety of vegetables for the sandwiches , but an adequate amount was available, very basic! The service was a bit slow as there was a fight outside the front door in the parking lot ! The manager went outside and promptly removed the people involved and called the police ! Amazing sandwiches and flavor. So so service but hey maybe they were still learning. The building is tight so hard to streamline. However my disappointment is the price. It's a sub, a sandwich, same as firehouse or Subway. Yet $13-$20 per person to get a large combo. That's a bit out of my range. Just my opinion. Went to try it out today very dissatisfied. They were very busy so I took that into account. The people takeing orders were to busy to get the order right, they made both my sandwich wrong. At the end after being ignored while trying to tell them what I wanted on them I ask for mustard and mayo on one sandwich and the girl told me over and over did you ask when you ordered, I said they wouldn't listen to me. She refused to add mustard and mayo even tho it was right in front of her.she was very rude and I will not be going back. read more
