This Pizza shop in Midway has been in operation for many years. We tried their offerings many years ago and our reaction was mixed. However, our assessment of their deluxe or ultimate pizza on a recent order is "very good". We commend this place to you. The food was good and the service was good it was just a long drive for a decent meal. I ordered the chicken Parmesan over pasta with marinara and mozzarella, side salad and garlic bread. I was expecting a little better but was content with what I got. It was a lot of food for the price so that was a plus. Everything was seasoned well. There is no coffee and no tiramisu so don't ask. place was clean and the staff very friendly. You could probably get the same if you stay in Hinesville Georgia and save an hour round-trip. Definitely a 4 star. They have a great Greek salad with actual Greek dressing and the pickles are good pickles so for all you pickle lovers it's for sure worth it! Service was friendly, pizza took a long time to receive, dining room had two tv's playing but aging decor, pizza was pretty good (though the mushrooms were from cans - boo, but the cheese was real and yummy, gooey) and the kids mac and cheese was good. Tried this place for the first time since we lived in the middle of nowhere and this place delivered. Called them, got my order, address and then ask for my card. Then they said hold on. To check on the address if that's where they deliver. Ok? Isn't that the first thing you check first before you ask for someone's card? Anyway. Chick on the food didn't even tell us the total and straight asked for the card number. Wow. Then didn't even say how long it'll take and just said "ok see you soon".. ok ? Thanks . Never again. We have never had an issue with the quality of food here, until today. We've been eating here since 2014 and my husband spit out his pizza because there was a long hair in the crust. We ordered breadsticks and they tasted like they were fried in old grease. My son ordered chicken Parmesan and the garlic bread was burnt. I'll definitely be back, maybe it was an off night, but I hope it doesn't happen again. We love the pizza and hot subs. read more

You can call in your order for pickup or delivery or you can dine in. The service is usually great and the staff has always treated me and my family very nicely. Every time I have ordered from Pizza Peddler they either consistently screw up my order, either not giving me what I ordered, leaving out what the order comes with, or doing a sloppy job cooking and putting it together. That's assuming that they will even make what I plan on ordering in the first place. It is not unusual to call them to place an order only to be told "we aren't making that today." Then why is on your menu? Why doesn't the menu state, only made on select days of the week? What I hear, is that you're lazy and don't feel like making it. On top of all of that, the food is never prepared within the estimated time of pick up. You can be given a 15 minute pick up window only to get there, not have it be ready and have to wait another 45 minutes for it. In fact, I cannot think of a single time I have ordered from Pizza Peddler and been happy with what I have ordered. I would most definitely not recommend eating here. read more

Pizza's might be good, haven't tried one yet, and not going to(!) - but ordered two lasagna dinners, then had to sit there watching it up on the back counter while the girls working the front counter gossiped about BOYS! After 5 minutes of waiting for them to shut up long enough to give me my food, stood up and politely interrupted their conversation - Yeah, I know that is Rude(!!!) because your conversation is just so much more important than ANY customer..DuH! - got the evil eye from both girls but one of them Did give me my food. Got home and unpacked to find two spaghetti dinners..OK. Called and was told she definitely heard me say spaghetti, so I ask how much does the one cost compared to the other - was told, figured up the cost of two and yes, she definitely heard lasagna! She says I forgot to figure in tax - TAX of over $6!?!? REALLY?!?! Then that little stupid chit hung up on me when I was just going to suggest that she leave a note so I could get a refund of the difference the next day, no problem, I thought!!! And guess what, food was mediocre at best. After I added to the salad (more tomatoes, some olives and feta cheese) it was OK! But the spaghetti was not much better than Chef Boyardee! I called and said I ordered a supreme, and she said no, you ordered cheese. So I called back and explained I have ordered for 3 or 4 years and I don't want to be a pain but I ordered a supreme and the girl who took my order misunderstood me & didn't even read the order back.
