I had a great experience placing a catering order here. I called initially and spoke to Shift Leader, Jade and she was very helpful with making suggestions. I picked up my order this morning and it was ready and I didn't even have to wait in line. Three local firemen were there and also helped me load my order in my trunk. When I arrived, I was informed my sub was not ready yet and that if I wanted wheat bread still, it was gonna be a 10-15 minute wait. I declined and requested white bread. While I continued to wait for my sub, I checked in on Yelp then noticed other low/bad reviews stating slow service and unprofessional employees. I also noticed the drink area was filled with debris and someone's hat. I mentioned that to the male employee and he made no attempt to go clean it up. When my sub was finally ready, I asked for a bag a chips for my wait and they gave it to me. Despite all that, surprising the sub was very good. I just left this location during lunchtime & I have to give this team a kudos! The line was longer than usual and I overheard the associate tell a customer they were short staffed. They worked diligently to take care of all of the customers and did so pleasantly considering the circumstances. I should've asked for the young lady's name but she has locs. The female manager at this location is one of the most unprofessional managers I've ever seen. Several people including myself are waiting for sandwiches including a door dash person and one young man is trying to take care of the orders, while the manager is off to the side playing with her cell phone. Finally she wakes up and decides to come and help. When she starts helping me, she stops to go over to assist the young man Who is ringing up a customer. The same plastic gloves she is now touching the register and money with she heads back over to my sandwich with, and before she could touch it again I stopped her. This location is very, very frustrating. I wouldn't come back if my wife didn't absolutely love it. I have NEVER been here and not had them out of something. Here I sit at 7:00 on a Sunday evening, waiting on them to bake bread because they only have Rosemary Parmesan and my wife is allergic. They basically presented it to me as "Take what we have, wait, or leave", almost totally unapologetically, and from management none the less. How they managers to run out of white, wheat, AND gluten free, somehow simultaneously and without warning to anticipate baking more bread, is a mystery that corporate should attempt to solve. I happened to be on a phone call and sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes and watched no more then 3 people enter and exit, none with large orders, so it's pretty offensive to be asked to wait 15 minutes for bread to bake. This is the THIRD consecutive time I've been here and have them lack bread or meat. This is ridiculous for a $15 sandwich. The food is always great, the quality is a 10/10. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH APP: This is the second time this store has cancelled my order without refunding my money or giving me a call back. This has become a pattern at this location, I do not have this issue anywhere else. They are accepting mobile orders through the app, not completing the orders and not refunding customer's their money. This store needs to be investigated. I should not have to contact cooperate every time I don't receive my order just to get my money back. I absolutely love Jersey Mike's, however this is the second time I've visited this location and had to remind the staff to wash there hands. The first time the young lady was sweeping the floor and stopped to put on gloves to make my sandwich. At that time I requested she wash her hands first. This last visit the young lady came from outside, walked behind the counter and proceeded to put gloves on. I had to ask her to wash her hands. To make a long story short, I was pissed and immediately called the restaurant. Some weirdo said he was the manager, so I explained to him what happened and he blamed Postmates for the mistake. I usually go this jersey Mikes location at10359 Tara Boulevard & get my sandwiches & 9 times out 10 they get it right but today has me thinking that I'm gonna have to find another location. For starters I'm in line & the employee ask me what will I have & I say a GIANT number 7. I then say can you put honey mustard & Mayo on both sides of my bread but she shot me down & said they do that down there & I said okay cool. Now I'm still waiting because there's a customer in front of me getting his sandwich done. Now the fresh baked bread comes out on a tray & the girl opens the plastic so that the employee can put the bread in & 1 of the bread rolls starts to fall & he kind of stops it from falling with his face & instead of them just tossing it in the trash they put the bread in with the rest & I'm looking like you didn't see that bread touch that man's face. I stood in line for twenty five mins while the two staff struggled to make sandwiches for 4 customers. Granted it was only two staff and it was unusually crowded but the young staff was slow and displayed no sense of urgency in customer service. I cannot say enough great things about my Jersey Mike's! The customer service that I receive is great, the entire staff is very courteous and professional and I really appreciate that! I'm still going through treatment for a noro virus I received late last year from an outside caterer. Every time I come into your store the entire staff greets me and is very accommodating by putting on new sets of gloves and making sure I don't have anything that touches the surface even though the surfaces have already been wiped down I get treatment where I can actually see them put paper down on the surface for me. I really appreciate that and that puts me at ease and I know my food is fresh and clean! Thank you for such great service! read more

I have been to this Jersey Mike's 4 times over the last few weeks. Each time my experience was horrible. I was excited to find this location, as it is on my way home from work. The first time I went in they were out of bread. What sandwich shop runs out of bread? The second time I went In they made my sandwich and only at the end- they told me they were out of bacon. It just wasn't the club I was expecting without bacon. The third time I went in, they were only talking cash- the credit card machine wasn't working: Finally- tonight I went In and ordered my sandwich and they were out of bacon again. I told the employee that every time I come in they don't have something. He held up his hands and shrugged. I just left. The thing is each time they had rude attitudes about them not having items to make sandwiches. This was the cleanest location I've been to and I would recommend Jersey Mikes in Jonesboro to any and everyone who likes great food and great service. I got a chance to speak to the store manager Rubin on my visit and he was great. I like how he made it his purpose to talk to not only me but the other customers in the lobby.
