I called the restaurant right away, and the woman I spoke to said she would write my name down so I could get the missing item next time I came in. Fast forward to today--I placed another order, told the cashier about the previous issue, and gave her my name. They had no record of it. Then, as she hands me today's order, I check the bag and AGAIN something is missing! They don't have a reliable system for tracking order issues, and they clearly don't double-check bags before handing them out. When I spoke with the manager, she had a nasty attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me the item I already paid for months ago. She even said "Just take it, I'll pay for it." But let's be clear--you're not paying for anything. That was my money. The customer service is terrible, and this place clearly doesn't value its customers. As the vegan cheese cost extra and there was nothing cheese wise that I could swap it out with I was just out of luck. The employee was very nice even though there was nothing she could really do for me. She broke the news to me gently and was very apologetic. Once my order was ready I was on my way. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor profile of the food was amazing. The fixings were fresh and the burger bun was soft and warm.
