When I placed my order, the employee had to write it down manually, as it appeared the register wasn't working. My sandwiches were made and bagged while I waited, but I wasn't able to pay because of the system issue. I asked if I could pay through the app by duplicating the items in my cart and completing the transaction that way. I even handed my phone to the young man behind the counter to try, but he ultimately said he couldn't complete the order that way. I then offered to leave my contact information so they could reach me once the issue was resolved, and one of the employees suggested I leave my credit card number with them--which I understandably declined. I asked if I could still take the sandwiches since they were already made and I had waited quite a while. However, I was told I couldn't, and another employee commented that the sandwiches shouldn't have been made in the first place. What I found frustrating is that the sandwiches were going to be thrown away rather than allowing me--someone who was clearly trying to pay--to take them and return later to settle the bill. That would've been a small gesture of good customer service, especially from a business that prides itself on being fast and efficient. It felt like there was no leadership on site to handle the situation or make a judgment call. I later reached out to corporate, and the representative said he could only pass the message along to the manager or owner. He even mentioned that, if it were up to him, he would have just given me the sandwiches. All of this over two sandwiches that ended up in the trash. It just seems like an unnecessary loss and a missed opportunity to show real customer care. read more

The two guys working were super nice. Maybe one of them was training? So one guy was helping him and still by the time we paid and picked up our cup, our order was already ready! Super rude. I showed up to this location at 7 o'clock. Two females were inside just stairing at me. Google and yelp both say open until 9pm. Finally, one of the girls greeted me and i asked them why they were closed, she told me they close at 7pm everyday then proceeded to close the door in my face while rolling her eyes. i didn't even have a chance to get a word out because i was going to debate that. i've been served at this same location prior around 8:30ish pm a few weeks ago. I will be taking this up with corporate immediately. You don't treat customers this way, and the audacity to lie about closing time just because they wanna go home early. It's shows laziness and a huge inconsideration to the customer. Jimmy Johns corp should not have employees like this working under them. It's a terrible representation of the company. read more

Always superb service. I am never waiting too long for my food whenever I go. The staff are usually very friendly and knowledgeable, they always help me make the best decisions based on my cravings. The quality of the sandwich is the best and it's always packed with so much flavor. Last time I was there the girl suggested I download the Jimmy John's app, when you sign up you get a free sandwich. "Tons of genoa salami, sliced smoked ham, capicola, roast beef, turkey & provolone, jammed into one of our homemade French buns then smothered with onions, mayo, lettuce, tomato, & our homemade Italian dressing." Sure the smells are free (yes, they are free everywhere) but ask for napkins and you better be prepared to pay. I hate places, especially with inside seating, that don't provide something as simple as napkins on the table or at the drink stand, how do you do this? Picture this, you walk in, they're busy, you go to a table and it's covered in grime from the prior customer. The first thought, don't bother the help, get a napkin and clean the table. Only problem they don't have any available? Such a simple oversight and yet a terribly inconvenience to the customer. Keep your smells, I won't be back. read more

My first time at a Jimmy John's and I really enjoyed my sub. Nice environment and everyone was very friendly. My order was easy and quick which I know they are known for but it was nice to have quick service. I definitely will go back again! I had a sub, chips, drink, and a cookie. I really enjoyed their bread, it's usually hard to find such yummy bread for a sub. I wish I could remember which sub I ordered, but I got the 8 inch with salami. I have to give a huge shoutout Iesha and Yan at Jimmy Johns! They went above and beyond when I came in. They impressed me so much I had to write this reviews as I devour my sandwich. Yan was so kinda to walk me through the process and help decide what to eat. Then as my girlfriend and I shared their signature ranch, he noticed that I wasn't really getting any because it's my girlfriend. What do you expect. So he personally brought me my own so I would have some!! I mean you cannot create this type of customer service. It's already there. Iesha made sure to give me the best bread they had and smiled the whole time making it, even though it was 15 minutes before the close. I will be back. Called to try to place a delivery order and the employee who picked up was so rude to tell me we didn't deliver to my residence when I don't even live 5 mins away he didn't even give me a chance to tell him fully where I live he just cut me off and say "yea we don't deliver to you anything else" like I feel like I was just not respected and put off and it was very unpleasant! read more

Worst experience ever. New employees had no idea how to take an order and the night manager (Friday evening, September 25, 2015 at 7:00 pm was aggressively dismissal of my concerns. Hung up on me repeatedly and refused to share his name in order for me to make a complaint to his district manager. At that point, he had (and still had) my name, credit card information, and address. Not only will I never eat there, I am worried for my family's safety. The young man was quite aggressive.
