We absolutely love Schlotzsky's! We live in Florida and don't have one nearby, so anytime we're traveling out of state, we make it a point to stop. We stopped in Hapeville, Georgia today. I ordered a veggie sandwich. Their jalapeño cheese bread was so good -- honestly, that bread alone is worth the visit. It's baked fresh in-house, and you can taste the difference. My husband ordered the Original sandwich and it was piled high with meat and fresh veggies. They also offer pizza, salads, & soups. There's even a Cinnabon inside, which makes it even better if you're craving something sweet. When I mentioned we were from out of town and really look forward to stopping there, they went out of their way to make my sandwich extra special. That kind of service makes a difference! The restaurant was clean, nice, and had plenty of seating. We'll definitely keep stopping anytime our travels take us back through Georgia! read more

Amazing service and a much better deal! Left Jimmy John's on Virginia Avenue in Hapeville after they tried to overcharge me for a simple custom order, and came straight to Schlotzsky's. Best pivot ever. The Food:Upgraded to a delicious, large Ham, Turkey, and Bacon sub. The Perks: Customized my toppings exactly how I wanted them with no extra fees. Every time I visit this restaurant, I always have a great experience. The restaurant is extremely clean and the bathrooms are also very clean. The staff are always very accommodating, very friendly and very professional. This time I visited was no different. I think the gentleman's name who was at the register was Ruben I'm not sure I can't remember, but he was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and even offered to warm up my Cinnabon for me. We ordered the California Club and the Fiesta Chicken and of course they were delicious. The price is not for the meek wallet, as their medium combos start at around $15. I appreciate a well made sandwich, and this place does not disappoint. Ive been here a handful of times and I've thoroughly enjoyed any sandwich I've had. Today the Pastrami Reuben was very good. The pastrami was a step below what I'm used to (having worked in a Famous California Jewish deli) but still very good. I appreciate the always pleasant service they provide. It was one of those days that I wanted something good and I wanted a classic taste. I ended up at Schlotzsky's. Schlotzsky's has that taste and feel that always brings back good memories. The store was very clean and the service was amazing as always. I decided to get a salad and treat myself with a Cinnabon. I was excitedddddddd. The salad was fresh. The chicken was flavorful and the portion size was filling. I forgot that the chicken was deli sandwich meat style, however, the flavor was robust so it worked out and I enjoyed my Schlotzsky's experience. An afternoon of nostalgia was exactly what I needed and it was exactly what I got. The restaurant was clean. The service was stellar, and the food was good. It was a win! A consistently good sandwich! I can be a creature of habit so I'm always excited to enjoy a place enough to be a repeat customer with a "regular". Well, that's where I'm at with Schlotzsky's! A good sandwich is one to be appreciated and these folks have a great method going. In the past I tried a few of their options but found my favorite in the Fiesta Sandwich which is full of delicious veggies and the spicy kick I love. When prepped with Jalapeno bread, I go for turkey + extraaa Jalapenos, and ask them to go light on the mayo and, excellence comes forth. Paired with a side of their Broccoli and Cheese soup? Lunch is served! I previously stuck to ordering my sandwich and soup via delivery but recently got into swinging by in person when I'm out and about. The gentleman (who I feel is always the one who takes my order) is so damn cheerful, I love it! Lol Every now and then the drive-thru has a little line, but they're extremely efficient while still keeping the food fresh and the service positive. Love, love, love this deli restaurant. My first visit was in Killeen texas in 1998. We are a military family and lived in several states. From Texas, I miss this restaurant the most. In every duty station we moved to, we looked up to see if there were Schlotzsky's. The sandwiches are so fresh and delicious. The dining is welcoming, and the workers are always friendly and professional. My children used to be fans of the pizzas, but as adults, they now prefer the deli sandwiches. We currently retired in Florida, NO SCHOTZSKYS! But they are located in states I frequent, Nebraska, Nevada, Kentucky, Texas, and Ohio. It is an absolute treat to eat there when I visit family in those states. read more

My office is just minutes away from this schlotzsky's so my coworker and I decided to come here for lunch. I ordered the fresh kale and grilled chicken salad and I have to say it was delicious!!! One of the best salads I've had in a while at a restaurant. I feel like schlotzsky's is more known for their sandwiches so I was pretty impressed with the quality and freshness of the salad. It is a little pricey for a salad but it's definitely worth the splurge. (I think it was around ~$9) It gets pretty busy here during peak times but the service has always been good and the food comes out quickly. They are quick to clean up after tables too. After over 6 years of absence, Schlotzsky's made a brief return into my life during this Atlanta trip. The sourdough bread tastes even better than I remembered: crispy exterior but still soft on the inside. My Fiesta Chicken sandwich was loaded with layers of tender chicken, tomatoes, olives, and chipotle mayo. The bf's Turkey & Guac looked just as delish - he inhaled it without even sharing with me. The staff behind the counter is super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu. The medium size was more than satisfying and only $6.79. The service was friendly but the food was a disappointment. My Large Turkey Original Deluxe had very little meat but plenty of lettuce and tomato. I only have salami on this sandwich... The manager does not know how to use the Schlotzsky's App. He would not allow me to redeem a coupon for a free small drink and said that he could not do it because he did not have his glasses on and did not know how to use the app. His preference was to lose a weekly customer over not redeeming a coupon rather than give a free small drink.
