Absolutely garbage. My hot sandwich was done way before my cold sub. No one said anything. Offered to make a new one but had already chewed up my lunch break. Plus they would have just waisted that much food. Waited extra time in the lobby then should have. None of the workers talk to each other. Not a very good place at all for lunch which sucks cuz I live and work close by and love the Philly. Will have to go up to Forest lake or Blaine I guess. read more

This location repeatedly is a mess. Actually OVER staffed. At least 6 people standing around. Each acts as if they can do only ONE thing. A very unhappy person taking orders, another with her back to the customers, as she talks to a coworker as her butt rested on the counter where your food is prepared. I ordered online thru the app. got a #3 and #7. wanted extra lettuce on the #3 and easy on the mayo on the #7 and an order of chips. picked it up at 4:01. not one other customer was present. got my order home and had no extra lettuce on the #3 and lots of mayo on the #7 and no bag of chips. I called up to get some kind of compensation you know like a cookie 2 bags of chips not looking for the world. I was told I could either come back up and pick up the chips they missed at no charge, or they could write my name down and I could get those chips on my next visit. Wow that really worked out for me not. so, you're not busy at all and you screw up my order and the compensation is me driving back up a second time at no extra charge to get a bag of chip you missed. won't happen again read more

I have ordered from this location at least 30 times since they opened, I have had 5 star experiences on all but 1 when they put onions on when we requested none. Great subs and service!! My daughter has celiac so there can not be any cross contamination with gluten. They are so careful here to make her sandwich in a different area and change their gloves so she doesn't get sick. She is very sensitive and knows right away when restaurants don't take this seriously. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We eat here often and have not had problems. read more

I haven't had a restaurant experience this bad in ages. You wouldn't think it could be so bad for simple sandwiches, but here we are. The man greeting me to take my order didn't say a thing, so I started to order my husband's sandwich (which was clearly said as a complete order) that I read from a text as, "I will take a cancro special (#12) on rosemary parmesan bread, add bacon, with lettuce, pickle, and oregano". After I told him, he just looked at me like I was an idiot, so I told him "What? Am I supposed to just tell you the sandwiches I want?" He then said, "How many more sandwiches are you going to want?" I said, "Three." He then seemed annoyed and started to write them down. I told him I'd take two kids turkey sandwiches and a Big Kahuna Chicken. He handed the paper to the next two people who completely ignored me as they made other sandwiches. Then they ask me what I want in a minute. They have a sandwich in front of them, but I'm confused because it looks like my husband's but doesn't have rosemary bread, which I'd clearly stated earlier, but wasn't noted by the man taking my order. So the girl says, "Just change the bread, I didn't take the order." The other sandwiches are made on white despite not being asked what I wanted (so I just gave them a pass because it wasn't a big deal, but I was going to get wheat). Then they put the toppings on three. I say, "I have a fourth sandwich." They told me that it was on the grill and asked me to step down to pay because there were other people behind me. I go to pay and while I'm paying they bring my chicken sandwich all wrapped up without asking me what I wanted on it. So I say what I'd like on it and check out. The guy at the counter asks me if I want a bag. Since I've ordered four sandwiches and drinks and I'm alone this seems like it would be obvious, but I politely say that I would like one. Unknown to me he failed to put all four sandwiches in the bag. When I get home I'm missing a full sandwich. Since I live 15 minutes away I'm just mad. The entire experience was an embarrassment. The subs here are very good, always on time and great quality. The staff are friendly and fast. The pickup station is a very nice addition as it lets you grab your meal and go without contact during these times. The prices here are a bit higher than the competition but you are paying for a better quality sandwich and you can modify your sandwich to your liking for potentially no cost, always get mikes way and try their sides such as the pepper relish and chipotle mayo. I do wish this location had some of the other sandwiches such as the Reuben but i guess that is location specific and they have plenty of other choices to pick from with the club sub and cheese steak being favorites. read more
