A chain with consistency and sandwiches with "Mikes Way" are always good. They are more generous with their ingredients than subway.

I have found that Jersey Mike's on the Mankato Hilltop is one of my fave sub shops in the area. My sandwich of choice is a BLT done Mike's way. It's loaded with bacon and always made with great care and a lotta love! The staff is friendly and that is a big plus in a post covid retail world where it seems that many people have developed A-HOLE disease. I do not like their Tuna Salad as well as Jimmy John's. It's simply too mayonaise-y for my taste but this is certainly personal preference. So for now...JM's has me as a customer. Just keep making it Mike's way and I'll be a happy camper!! read more

Food was amazing. But there was a napkin under one of the tables. I went back a week later and the napkin was still under one of the tables feet. I asked why the napkin was still there and they said "So the table won't wobble" After a week you think a buisness would get it figured out. read more

Used to go there all the time up until they hired a new manager, the guy is a complete jerk, and extremely rude and if he makes your order, you can be guaranteed it will be messed up, paid for extra meat and EVERY time he has anything to do with it, the sandwiches are about 2/3 the size of a regular sub, yet you get charged for it. Asked to have jalapenos omitted, yet the last 3 times, he has went ahead and put them on anyways and caused my son to have severe allergic reactions, if any of the other employees take and make your order, it will be excellent, but unfortunately the last few times I have been there, he has been the one making the sandwiches, don't waste your money there, go to subway, you get a much better sandwich for your money,unless you are lucky enough to get another employee!!!! read more

Quick and friendly service. You get what you pay for and these are awesome! Fresh food all around. The giant sub is enough for two meals. Love the grilled pastrami Reuben. Very clean, tvs to watch. And they have a rewards card! Sure puts some of the other sandwich shops on Kato to shame! read more

I've eaten her on average 2 to 3 times a week. I've had to change my go to sub because they couldn't get the wrap right! So I went to something simple but with a twist. For the most part they got it right except for the time I got back to the office and I opened it and was surprised by white bread and not wheat. Then on multiple occasions getting back to the office and finding out my #8 didn't have the mayo or bacon on it. The mayo & bacon issue ALWAYS came down to one employee!!! Nice enough guy but doesn't listen worth a s**t. This last time I came back and asked them to make a new one and they did & everyone but the guilty apologized. And to add insult there was no compensation even though I had to drive back to get it resolved. I had to work late that day to compensate for this extra time. To top it off o had just donated $5 to their give back drive. It's a premium sub there's no arguing that and when the experience comes in short, you better believe I'm going to be upset when I pay this much for a sandwich. This isn't a $5 sub! Maybe it's a blessing to save the roughly $30+ a week. Maybe I'll try go again in a few months. I will say there are a couple of AMAZING workers there that get it right every time! I wish I could request they make it when I walk in and find them on the register or cutting the bread & meat. I wish you wore name tags so I can give you props.
