So good!! While I waited for our food (they make it fresh), I chatted with one of the workers and lamented that we didn't have a Giliberto's near us in the TC. Tonight's beef kebab was excellent, but the salad, hummus, and GARLIC sauce really put it over the top! The hummus was exceptionally smooth... the best I've ever had. I'm generally more into "savory" and less into "sweet," but the Pistachio baklava was also outstanding. I hated to "lose" the lingering garlic flavor, but that baklava was calling my name. It was totally worth it! Ahmad made it a point to introduce himself, and give me a business card. Ahmad's food, and hospitality are both top notch!
