Their subs are excellent. However, they blame their customers for mistakes. We have never had so many issues ordering food and getting what we asked for as we do here. Since we have had mistakes at this store multiple times, they will no longer remake our sandwiches. We were weekly patrons but won't be anymore. I thought my comments went to the owner, but they went to the manager who wasn't even at the store when my husband placed our order. Make the sandwich according to the way it's listed on the menu. I've never been told we were wrong for not asking for something that automatically comes on a sandwich. If you don't want a topping, you say no whatever it is. If a sandwich comes with bacon, you make it with bacon. Manager told me they can't assume the customer wants bacon even though it comes on the club. Stupidest thing I've ever heard. We had previously had a similar issue where no matter how we ordered, we got Mike's Way, even after asking for "everything". Here's an opportunity to train. read more

Yep, I know that it is a chain, but sometimes comfort and meeting expectations are better than anything, and this visit was one of those visits. Arrived at Eastern Iowa Airport late due to weather issues, and needed to get something before I drove to Dyersville and began a busy day, so I picked Jersey Mike's in this new complex because I was pretty certain what I would receive and it was on the way. Was not disappointed, as I found a kind staff and a clean store, both keys for me after miserable delays. Matthew served me, and he was not only pleasant but interactive in a positive way. Had a Regular #10 (tuna, Mike's Way), and when I was done, I was better prepared to take on the rest of my day. I will be back. read more

They make a better sandwich than Jimmy Johns. 1st sandwich I ordered was for a pickup 15 min from order. The 2nd was ordered an hour before that sandwich was made early and the bread was soggy from the lettuce and tomatoes. So I recommend you order then pickup right away. Second I tried to use a coupon on line first didn't realize it could only be used in store. The sandwich was $12.52 online, in store that sandwich was $14.61. I was a bit skeptical about trying Jersey Mike's thinking it was just another if those sandwich shops that tend to sprout up everywhere. I was born and raised in New Jersey, so I have a good idea of what an authentic hero/sub/hoagie sandwich should taste like. Like a true New Jersey shop they cut the meat for your sandwich when you order, not throw some pre-sliced meat on a roll. The meats are top quality, and thankfully they don't have a ton of garnishes like other sandwich shops. Mike's Way is good enough for me, just hold the onion. My fiancé popped into Jersey Mike's while I fulfilled my Pancheros obsession! My fiancé ordered the Giant Sub Club which comes with ham, turkey, bacon, provolone, onions, pickles, mayo, and their special spices. I felt my fiancé's Giant Jersey Mike's Sub and let me tell you it was heavy!!! When we got home I weighed it and it came in at over 2 whopping pounds!!! My fiancé is completely elated! Jersey Mikes is by far the best sandwich chain in the country hand down. this one is a bit off the beaten path, but i was determined as davenport is the only one ive been to since i moved to Iowa. For a fairly new operation they had the routine down cold and could argue having the bacon with all the other condiments is a bit more efficient. Best part my points are years old but worked liked nothing netting me a free sub club. Pleasantly surprised. Ordered online, it was a snap and done quickly on a Friday night at 5:30. Had the chipotle cheesesteak, club, and Buffalo chicken. All good. $8.25 each and decent sized portion. Would have given it a 5 but I got a chicken chipotle and ordered steak. You can order chips and drinks too but we didn't. Will go back. On par with Capriotti's and maybe a bit cheaper. read more

I drove to this Jersey Mike's location everyday in one week just to find that everyday they were closed. So I had to drive all the way to Edgewood to get Jersey Mike's any time I wanted it. They're closed from the hours of 1pm-9pm but their hours on the door state they close at 9pm daily. I feel like someone should reimburse me for my gas read more
