Sorry Mike's! You might want to stop doing business with grub hub. I ordered, for delivery, off Yelp 30 minutes before you closed. No estimated delivery was provided until after I was charged. That was, at the earliest, 40 minutes after close. The food was not picked before closing. Called grub hub and they would not cancel. Amazingly, the food arrived even though the business was closed. However, the sandwich was soggy wet and the chips that were ordered were not included. So, bad experience reflecting on both Jersey Mike's and grub hub - long wait, no good status update, no estimated delivery before being charged, food sat so long it was ruined and order was missing an item that was charged. Probably no second chance after this poor performance. :( read more

Got Door Dash. 2 times now while staying at the hotel in Missoula. Both times delicious. Never had a bad sub at any JM. This one was a great experience too. My favorite is the roast beef but I got the club this time. Can't go wrong with anything I've tried so far. My next favorite is the big kahuna....basically a Philly Cheesesteak with the works. I had never heard of this place until today. To give it a fair try I decided to order an old standby which is a kind of club sandwich with the standard ingredients. It was basically a cold cut sandwich. Adding extra meat was not so much so I went ahead with that as well. The whole sandwich was customized for me even down to me deciding how many rings of onion went on it. I like that and the staff was friendly as they did it not impatient at all. But the bottom line is what matters and the bottom line was the sandwich was just excellent. Surprisingly so. The bread was very good, still slightly chewy but obviously fresh. I got the giant size sandwich and it pushed a little over $20 but when I got it it was absolutely huge and conveniently cut in fourths as a matter of course. Well if two of us ordered a burger these days it would push 20 bucks or more and believe me this is more food then two burgers. Take a look at the photo. In short, there are generous portions, good ingredients and a fun and friendly staff. I always order online and go and pick it up because they are usually really busy. I ordered online one time and showed up 20 mins later thinking it would be ready, nobody asked if I had a pickup order or anything I was standing there for 10 mins then they said it's not ready yet. Waited 10 more mins and it was finally ready. But the sandwiches are so good it's worth the wait and I haven't had a problem waiting since that one time read more

I have been to this location a couple of times. The first time was when I came to order four boxes of sandwiches for a business event. Even though they were doing multiple sandwiches everything looked wonderful. I especially appreciated that each sandwich was wrapped individually and not just cut. The toppings were generous the flavors were great and everything was ready when I needed it. Tonight I'm back in town for work and decided to stop in again. As soon as I entered I was greeted warmly and asked if I knew what I wanted. I decided to try something new tonight and went with the number 55 Big Kahuna chicken cheese steak sandwich. It was delicious! The chicken was flavorful the vegetables still had texture and the bread was soft. The only thing I should have asked for was a light mayo to give it a little extra moisture but that's on me. After I ordered they immediately started making my sandwich and it was ready in no time. Everything was fine as far as food,drink,and desserts.I recommend making sure one has the business app on their cell phone to order ahead and paid so you can go in and get it out in lesser time.store is not that big.only room for like 3 tables and chairs.it was busy when going in there as parking lot is always busy.the radio should be dialed down a little for communication between customers and staff to hear better.there is a reward program that comes in handy to offset what the price for eating there goes.2nd time having Jersey mikes.the other time was in Lansing Michigan and enjoyed both equally read more
