Even though I have been having issues with this store I still gave four stars because they have always been my favorite Jersey Mike's in town and they have really nice customer service. Unfortunately, our number 55 hot sub has been coming with the cheese smeared all over the paper the last four times we ordered it. When one of the consistent employees makes it this never happens. Please retrain them how to load a hot sub so that we don't lose all of our cheese that we are paying for. It's always stuck all over the paper and sloppy. See my photo for an example. read more

1 star I've been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer for years and typically spend around $2,000 annually across different locations. Unfortunately, my experience at this Murrieta location on January 10 was extremely disappointing on both the food and customer service sides. I ordered a giant sandwich to-go, but it was practically inedible. The ends of the bread were rock-hard, and there was absolutely no dressing or mike's way juices inside--making the entire sandwich unbearably dry. I've ordered the same sandwich countless times at other locations and know this isn't the normal standard. I called the store that same day and spoke with a woman who identified herself as the manager. She apologized, said not to worry, and promised me a free replacement sandwich. She told me she'd write my name on the board and that I just needed to come in, ask for a manager, and they would honor it. I was a little hesitant but trusted her word. Three weeks later, I returned to the store. The staff checked and said there was no record of any note or free sandwich for me, and they were unable to help. No offer to make it right in the moment either. One bad sandwich happens, but failing to follow through on a simple promise and leaving a regular customer empty-handed is unacceptable. This experience has seriously soured me on this particular location, and I'll be taking my business to other Jersey Mike's stores going forward. Very disappointed read more

I ordered through DoorDash about 30 minutes ago. I ordered a #9 on white bread with no mayonnaise and no onions and add mustard, a cookie, bottle of water, Gatorade, and barbecue chips. We love this place so much! If you want a great sandwich come here and get it Mike's way! The service is top notch and the ingredients are fantastic. We personally love the Italian and my kids the club supreme. We prefer the fancier bread with the herbs and cheese and while there are definitely other sandwich places nearby, this is our go to. Last year during chemo, I had a lot of trouble eating due to taste buds being off and these sandwiches were one of the few things that were light on my palate and didn't have an off taste due to the treatments I was on. We don't usually stay, but if you do there is ample seating inside and a few tables outside. The tables and bathroom are always clean. The prices are just right and we often order their catering for parties and such. read more

Just watched an employee wipe the tables throwing anything on them to the floor when he could have placed it in one hand. Didn't sweep the floor after. 8/15/23 5pm ish went in today and the crew making our sandwiches were all over the place. When we had asked what toppings they had other than the stuff on display they were hesitant to tell us. So we asked for mayo and the guy cutting meat rolled their eyes at us as if we were inconveniencing them because they had to grab it from the back. If the employees don't like being asked what other toppings/sauces they have that aren't on display.. maybe you should consider having a list of all toppings displayed on the sneeze guard or menu. Also, we ordered three California subs, one with no juice and they put juice on all of them. Lastly, one was missing bacon and avocado.... Which is what they up charge you for in the first place. So disappointed.. the line was long and so I get the panic but take your time to do something right the first time and you won't have to do it again. Then, reluctantly told me, "you can order if you want" since they weren't closed actually closed yet. I feel like in the food industry, if you start cleaning early, it's your fault more than anyone else's.. We've ordered sandwiches here at least 6 or more times in the past year, each time everything was fine. Food tasted good, speed was decent even with long line, staff was cool. Until yesterday. Used the ordering app for the third time yesterday having had zero complaints the first two times. Unlike the previous two orders where the quoted time as 20 minutes (when I selected asap option) and food was ready when I got there. Yesterday the quote was 45 minutes. I went in early only to find three employees doing nothing. When someone said I could order when I was ready I told them I was there to pick up an online order and gave the name. I love Jersey Mike's more than mom and pop shops or "real" Philly cheesesteak places. Why? Because they have signature ingredients that are hard to replicate. The thing about "real" Philly places is that they don't have a signature flavor. In these places if you go to a supermarket and pick up the ingredients and make your own Philly, you would have something that tastes close. Which is fine and that's important I realized when talking to a lot of people. But I'm big on signature flavors. Does McDonald's have the best food?
