Hate this place. Terrible service. I have a 7 month old baby and went in, got food and drinks for my wife and I while we were on a road trip. I had never been here before so when I didn't know how it works the workers scoffed and rolled their eyes annoyed. We also needed to feed my son so I asked them if they could put warm water in a bottle. One employee looked at the sink behind him, which had a hot water handle clearly in eyesight, and nervously looked at the incredibly rude lady to ask if he could give us warm water for a baby's bottle. She, still annoyed, shook her head and said she had no way she could give us warm water to fill a bottle for our baby. Definitely don't go here. By far, this is the greatest Jersey Mike's location on the face of the planet. For context, I've eaten at this location near Fort Campbell's TC Freeman Gate about three times a month for the past eight years. The staff is insanely friendly, greeting you as you walk through the door -- by name if you are a regular. The posted health rating is consistently 100. That's a perfect score, people. The selection is always fresh. Servings seem more plentiful than other locations; they don't hold anything back. While the lunchtime rush is heavy at 1130, they are never understaffed and always working efficiently. For those complaining about the price, you get what you pay for and this seems like a good value for the quality, especially if you sign up for shore points. Two thumbs up! read more

First time here. Way over priced. Very little to choose from on subs and toppings. Help was friendly but were a bunch of young kids. Even though they have a grill they wouldn't toast the bread for a philly so we passed. How can you even call yourself Jersey anything and not grill the bread? So what's the grill for? Staff was rude on multiple occasions, go to Subway 400 meters down the road and save yourself. You can get a sub in a box with no bread but then you realize the salad is outdated, and you won't have a healthy dressing option which is most of the calories anyway. read more

I have been visiting this Jersey Mike's for a couple of years. I recently had a less than pleasant experience and I shared my opinion via the company survey. I was contacted by Ms. Janet, the GM of this particular location. She apologized for the previous visit and offered to make things right. She was quite gracious and the staff have always been cordial with me and my friends. Today I took her up on the offer. My friend and I visited again for lunch. As usual this place is quite busy so you need to be on your game. I met Ms. Janet and she took my order along with my friend's order. We were served promptly and everything turned out great. I do enjoy the quality of food. I cannot say enough about how great we were treated to make up for our previous visit. I don't care what people say about chains; this place has some great subs. My favorite is the turkey sub which sounds really boring but its wonderful. My wife enjoys the wraps with her favorite being the Italian wrap. Don't forget to ask for a side of pickles!!! read more
