I've only been to Jersey Mike's a handful of times at various locations, but tonight was by far my best experience. I walked in 20 min before closing and Damond was happy to assist. He remembered my specific order after I said it and was so pleasant. I think they had already cleaned the slicer, because he put the knob back on, but he was so kind and a reason for me to be back. I love Jersey mikes but I just dont understand why they don't enforce basic hygiene standards here, the lovely girl who served me was very nice BUT had her long hair draped around her face I mean if your not going to enforce hair nets which should be mandatory around food at least you could enforce making your staff at least pull their long hair back in a pony tail for heaven sake what's so hard about that? Despite there being a lack of staff and so many online orders, the two employees had a great attitude. I had to wait a decent amount of time to be acknowledged, but then finally ordered a giant sandwich. I appreciated how the employees were apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. I have been a regular at this place since it opened about 2 years ago. The sandwich's are amazing and there are so many options. The workers are good at what they do and make sure to try and get your order right. Lastly I really love the beach vibe of the place. read more

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a Jersey Mike's- you would think that an employee could answer two simple questions-1. What is the cost of a box lunch 2. What is the cost of a sandwich chips and brownie-the employee was unprofessional- rude- indignant- demeaning and has no customer skills- I rarely lose my temper by this person sent me to the edge- he accused me of things and told me to take my business elsewhere- I have hundreds of points and frequently purchase sandwiches for many kids- nothing in this world would make me step in or refer that jersey mikes to anyone read more

This place was decked out for their recent opening! The interior was decorated nicely and there is plenty of seating inside or out. It is a bit tucked away in the shopping center but not too hard to find on the corner. They appeared fully staffed and the process of ordering went quickly! A staff member greeted me and asked what I would like then informed me of their bread options. They have less options than other sandwich places which was a bummer but I did enjoy the bread I got. As always good food. This review is strictly for the bad attitude of the employee with the thicker mustache. About 10 of us in line waited and waited for them to make an online order. They had 3 employees and not one of them would help us so we literally had to watch them make about 15 or 20 sandwiches. I understand you have to make their order but give us just one employee to help us. That employee was so rude about as well. We are not there to watch you make sandwich's for 30 minutes. Big fan of Jersey Mike's and this new location does not disappoint! I always go for a #8. It's so tasty and fresh. I was so excited to hear another location opened in the area! I went opening weekend and the store was jammed. So good to see them already getting busy. Lots of seating options inside and the parking is really easy. All of the staff were kind and helpful. I enjoyed my Italian sun from Jersey mikes. This location is bigger than the one in Goleta. I think the high school boys did a good job making the sandwiches and it seemed like they were happy to be at work. I like that the y have cups for water set out and you don't have to ask for a cup. Came here 12/10 around 7pm and the gentlemen working the reg who made my sandwich was very nice and did an amazing job making my Sando. I typically don't eat places like this but I would come again based on how this man made my Italian sub! I've gone to upscale restaurants that don't amount to this time of service! Usually my favorite location in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area, however after today i'm extremely disappointed. I got given the wrong bread and asked for a hot sub but the bread was cold. I also asked for avocado but it was very unripe. There has also been a couple times where i've wanted to order, but the open sign is usually off. I thought closing hours were at 9pm but i've seen it off at around 8:45pm, maybe something new? read more
