Tried one of their new bowl items. Fresh, flavorful, however there was barely enough lettuce in the bowl to classify it as a salad, I was disappointed. Like their subs but placed an order to go at 7:45 pm and while I was on my way to pick it up they called to cancel the order because they needed to close early (they close at 9:00). They only refunded part of my credit card charge. When I contacted them they responded with "your credit card has been credited". I guess given the circumstances my expecting a full refund was out of line. Sorry, won't be paying them anymore to not make me a sandwich. read more

When I moved to Fargo, Jersey Mike's was the one fast casual restaurant that I missed from the previous town I'd lived in. When I found out that there would be a few opening in Fargo I couldn't wait to have it again. The #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak is my absolute favorite. This is my first time trying Jersey Mike's and it did not let me down. While it is a sandwich chain like Subway and Quizno, Jersey Mike's has an exceptional quality in both its service and its food. When I walked in for lunch, this place was packed - that alone convinced me that the sandwich shop was doing something right. Service was excellent as orders are taken quickly and assembled with fresh ingredients. And the sandwiches? They are better than Subway and Quizno! I recommend the turkey & provolone. I went to Mike's over a short lunch break to grab a fresh sub to go. I walked in as a new customer and it was fairly busy, with that being said I waited in line, not knowing that you had to order on the other side. While I waited I noticed a lot staff on duty, and one younger gentleman working was snacking on the already cooked bacon behind the till!! After getting back to work to enjoy my sub, I realized it was completely different then what I had ordered. Normally, I would not be too picky, but buffalo chicken is very specific, one of which I despise! I called to let them know about the discrepancy and the lady on the phone offered me a free sub, but unfortunately no extra time to go back to pick it up.
