What happened? This used to be the best JM around. Now, it's been hit by the mediocrity stick. Sandwich size has gone down, and price has gone up. I asked for extra pickles, and the sandwich had two. Standard pickles must be one per sandwich. The staff seem to have no concern for reading order instructions for online orders. I guess it's just like everywhere else - pay more, get less. This location was on way back to MD from our Rochester trip, we stopped here for dinner on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. They kind of pissed me off and been meaning to get around to reviewing this location of Jersey Mike's. First, one sandwich maker was rude to me. He grabbed the white bread without asking me and was starting to make it. I said I want the rosemary bread. He said you should say when you order otherwise we give you the white bread. I said you should've asked me. He said we don't ask, you're supposed to tell us, and that's how it is at every location. I told him that's not true and that I've never had that issue at any other location. Someone said it's fine and made it on the rosemary like I wanted. But that guy really soured the experience. Then, I had a free sandwich I had earned by having 72 points. I got the roast beef, my g/f got the turkey. I earned the 72 points and intended on using it for the roast beef that I was eating. I told the cashier and it automatically took off the cheaper turkey sandwich that my g/f wanted. Cashier seemed to be trying. I don't even remember what happened in the end, but I was annoyed by this. While my sandwich tasted great per usual for Jersey Mike's, the mayo was the sloppiest I had ever seen. Total carelessness. The only reason I'm not giving them 1-star is the redeeming value of the great tasting sandwich, but that one sandwich maker blaming the customer was so uncalled for. read more

We ordered online and it was very easy to do. The subs were as ordered and pretty good. I've never had a Jersey Mike's sub before. The bread was soft and the ingredients seemed fresh. Only change I would make is a defined order pickup area. Otherwise very solid sub shop! read more

My complaint is not about the food, my steak was rather tasty. I went to Jersey Mikes on August 21st. @8:21pm. I ran by bank card, and it was just lingering, so I was told to swipe it again. As I walked out of the store, I looked at my receipt on my phone. I immediately went back in the building and told them that I was double charged. I showed them my phone, and they looked at their register and said that it only showed 1 transaction and I should wait because this had happened before and the money went back to that account. Well it was taken out and for the life of me I can't understand how whoever does the accounting would you think that 2 transactions from the same customer on 8/21@ 8:21pm for $17.97 cents would be correct. Don't go there. The employees there are rude. The bigger man there was racist and made sarcastic comments. He said "I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't ask if a woman who was dressed in Muslim garb if she wanted a no pork sandwich. He didn't give her the opportunity to order before he made that racist statement. He messed up another customers order and basically said oh well. He didn't take accountability for his error. The customers wife said forget about just buy the sandwich. She was so frustrated because she had a small instead of a medium sandwich. I will never go there again. I was disrespected the moment I went there. I could feel the ignorance and sarcasm just walking in the door. All of the employees except for one had an attitude problem. We stopped in this location while driving through the area. We have been to other locations before, so I figured it would be the same experience. We were greeted by one employee of four or five. She had no smile on her face, and it seemed the hello was forced. When they were wrapping up our one giant sub, she pretty much smashed it to get it wrapped. Even then it wasn't completely closed and oil was leaking out on the paper. I got a combo with chips and a soda, and the girl was stocking over by the fountain bar, so I kind of had to stand back and lean over to get my lid and straw. She did apologize, but then didn't move the box. Fast forward to when we got our subs home. Oil was everywhere. I know I asked for mayonnaise, but you wouldn't know it by biting into it. The sub didn't really have much taste. The lettuce was also brown and gross. We definitely won't visit this location again. read more

Went there opening weekend. The one thing I like about Jersey Mike's is that they are very efficient and work as a team when putting the sandwiches. The service was outstanding just like the other locations I went to that have been open a lot longer. It's nice to have them as a addition to Williamsport. read more

I once lived in Richmond VA and found a Jersey Mike's. Since moving back, I couldn't wait for one to open up here. The one in Richmond can be compared to Newberry Sub Shop. Both places make great subs at a decent price. However, the one here in Williamsport sucks and was no where close to the Richmond spot. Their idea of a regular sub is equivalent to a half sub at Newberry Sub Shop. The sub did taste ok, but the quality wasn't there. If you get the large you will be paying double of the regular, which is the size of a whole sub anywhere else. Also, the subs lack in presentation, but do have some taste. If anyone from this area wants a great sub, Newberry Sub Shop is the place. If you want an upper mediocre sub, Wegmans and Subway are for you, but a below par sub, it's Jersey Mike's. I must say since Jersey Mikes came to Colonial Heights Va. I've been a fan of JM so when I saw one opened near my Gkids in Williamsport Pa. we went to get subs, they like JM too and its new to their area. All associates spoke to the 6 of us they seem friendly but one soon was arguing with a customer one was on the telephone with her gloves on and the one ringing up customers never took her gloves off, cross contamination is a serious issue these days. But needless to say on traveling back to va I stopped at another jersey Mikes in Northern va and the young men working there were eating bacon After fixing a sub ,hands in pockets, and the cashier never took gloves off, is this a new trend? , Are the gloves they use protect them from nasty surfaces? Where are the Managers to enforce safe and sanitary food safety matters? I have a free sub and drink coupon for Bday, but not worth the risk knowing what I know about food safety and cross contamination.
