Horrible customer service. Took me (3) days to talk to someone. Spoke to someone who told me to call back, and they could take my order, but they were too busy then. So, called back and the girl told me no problem, then passed phone to another person who shared that they were too busy to do an order for me at all, even with (2) days' notice. Awful experience. Joey's is my family's go to spot for dinner when we don't feel like cooking. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered, the white pizzas are amazing and my favorite is the turkey sub. I ordered a large turkey sub last night and my daughter ended up eating almost half herself. My son who loves cheese pizza but is super picky will and eat 3 pieces of pizza in one sitting. My husband requests joe's pizza when he gets leave from the Navy, so of course we oblige. Last night we had a snafu with our order and they brought a freshly made stromboli to the house and a gift card for the the mix up. The three stars are for the food and the food only. The women that answer the phones are blatantly rude and don't seem professional at all. I've ordered here probably around 25/30 times while living here and I'd say 15/20 of those times I got a lady on the phone who would say one of the following( is that all) (are you done yet) (hold on not sure what all is in that) or the famous (ughh hold on!)Slams phone and answers a second phone that I can hear all the conversation to./ including personal info. This place has great food, and it's cheap. I've had their chicken cheesesteaks, pizza, and Italian dinners. The portions are large. Whenever I do sit in and eat I always receive good and swift service. However, the few times I have ordered out from Joe's, they've mistaken my address and therefore the delivery was slow- also, every single time I order cheese fries, they forget the cheese. Its only .50 extra for cheese so it's not too upsetting, but it's a simple thing that can be easily fixed. EDIT Just ordered here again. The girl specifically asked me if I wanted mozzarella on my friends or cheese cups. Answered cheese cups and was charged, yet still no cheese. Get your shit together read more

Stopped here to get the kids some pizza before a concert they were going to. Waited an hour and 20 minutes to get one pizza, took the kids to the concert without eating so they were not late then went back to get the pizza and still had to wait. Complained and they didn't even apologize. We won't be going there again, suggest you don't either if you want to go to a place that values it's customers, these guys don't care at all. read more

Stopped by for lunch after a long day of tests. The lunch specials were fresh and priced well! Good food! I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and a drink and my brother got a cheeseburger with fries. I enjoyed it. The buns are so good for sandwiches! Exceptional Italian Sub and I have to agree with others, their homemade buns/bread is superb. Going to try a pizza next.. Also their Ruben Sandwich was very good.. better than most that I have had in the region.. Both locations make the same recipes and only thing I wish they had ... but don't is a great Coney Island Hot Dog with Coney Sauce, Onions, and Mustard.. and I would be eating there more often.. have to drive over 60 miles to find a good one..unless I make homemade which I am forced to do often unless I drive back to Michigan 503 miles for the best in the Midwest at Angelos Coney Island.. I am staying at the Fair field Inn here in Williamson working for the month and I ordered veal parm and spaghetti it was probably the worst excuse for veal I have ever had and the spaghetti was over cooked and not drained well there was lots of water in container. Good thing I ordered a side of sauce which was okay because there was barely any on the dinner. They advertise fresh baked bread daily with the meal and it was just plain pizza dough, not very tasty and they forgot my butter. what a waist so don't waist your money.
