I had Jersey Shore Pavers put pavers in across the back of my shore property six years ago. They did an awesome job in really difficult circumstances (heat and swarms of gnats). The finished job looked awesome, the jobs items was cleaned up, they left the excess materials and stayed pretty late to complete the job in one day. Very professional and reliable. Even more impressive, when we encountered an issue outside the warranty period, they worked with us to resolve it with no argument and quick followup/repair. Great service recovery! I am a big time shopper..particularly for big ticket home improvement projects. Brian Sullivan and his crew delivered on all fronts for us..and when there was ANY questions on our part, small tweaks and or repairs needed, they were responsive, all business and no problem from their part in any way to MAKE IT RIGHT. I compared prices for our ( large for us) pool project on Long Beach Island New Jersey. Brian came out to meet with us at lest three times to review and put all down on contract that we needed. There were no surprises, no changes on his part, and all went as smooth as possible. He was referred to us by our an equally good to deal with pool installer, Hutchinson Pools. Hutchinson had no problem with me getting other bids from other venders, but Jersey Shore came out the winner by several thousands of dollars. NO EXAGGERATION. We know this project of POOL, Landscape and all the rest is expensive...but with these guys you get for sure what you very fairly pay for. USE THEM. You will be happy! We are for sure. My only issue, was we had to wait our turn for our project to get started and finished. Both our vendors are super busy. We were given planned start date months ahead, and they were very close to the proposed start dates However, it was totally worth the wait, and once the project got started, both vendors were all business, and worked steadily until the project was DONE. If I could leave a 0 I would ! I called to get an estimate for a shed pad they were supposed to come on a Saturday and no show. I called yo reschedule giving the benefit of the doubt . I received a call back from a guy he asked me how I heard about them I told him I got his Number from a local shed company on rt 9 but I purchased my shed elsewhere. He said he would not do the job because I purchased my shed elsewhere! I was in disbelief that they would dismiss me like that and throw 1,500 in business away . They were so care free and completely unprofessional !! And I saved 3,000 Buying my shed elsewhere. And I found an amazing company to do my pad as well ! I've just completed my second year using Jersey Shore Pavers for my lawn service and I couldn't be happier. They maintain the fertilizing of my lawn on a regular schedule and I must say I am amazed at how good the lawn looks under their care. They are always on time and professional. Horrible job and company. The owner does not stand by the contract and will not fix any damage to your property. Will argue if you try to even get something off the bill to make up for it. Even was willing to go to court over $100. Really unprofessional and don't waste your time. read more
