I saw some familiar things and also some new things. So many good ideas for things to try especially new recipes and traditional ingredients both fresh and preserved/dried/canned. My go-tos are usually the snacks and desserts. Who knew how many types of Oreos there were in other countries? I'll have to try more and be back Soon! I spent $70 and like everything I had purchased including two fresh meals to go. I intend to go back and support this business. Unlike one store on 72nd. and Blondo, this place is immaculate. It has an eatery, bathrooms and it looks like they are trying to open a butcher shop. Felix is a very nice fella and I have every reason to return.

But overall, produce looks super fresh. I didn't buy anything yet. I was only scoping it out for next week. But the lady at the fish counter was very helpful and asked if we needed anything. Store is clean but the aisles may feel a little tight due to the store trying to maximize the space. In turn this offers customers a wide range of products. However, due the true pandemic and recent global disturbances, supplies are sometimes disrupted. My particular favorite item to pick up is the packaged fish snacks. It connects me to my childhood and the rich flavors I grew up with as a child. Try this market out and hopefully you will create memories of your own.
