Long story short, I got there 15 minutes earlier than expected and the lights were off and they were closed and that person was gone From a business standpoint, I don't appreciate being lied to, and traveling out of my way to find out that I was lied to. Business like this will not get repeat business from me.

She offered to get me more than the last two wines I chose off the shelf. That's great because it means one can probably get a box or set of wine and not to assume that what's left on the shelf is all they have. One thing I'd hope they change is the red carpeting. It angers my lungs. Other than that it was easy to find what I was searching for and at a great price too. Happy shops!

Tonight, I was running errands and showed up late to make a purchase. Not knowing the store hours, I pulled up to the store a little after 7pm on a Sunday. I approached the store and noticed it was closed. I went back to my car and the owner of the store pulled up next to me, and told me to come inside to make my purchase. He disarmed the store and turned on the lights after hours just so I could make my purchase. In my opinion, that is going above and beyond and it's simply unheard of nowadays. People like this need to be supported. They are why we need our mom and pop stores. I encourage everyone to patronize Discount Liquors.
