We love Best Friends Fur Ever because of it being easy to make an appointment. Once you have gone through the initial enrolling process and gotten into their system, you fill in a request for service online and they contact you within 24 hours (usually it is closer to 12 hours). During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. Finally, the biggest reason we choose Best Friends Fur Ever, is our dog always seems well taken care of when we return to get him. If he is happy, we are happy.

Prices kept going up without any notice…read more When my daughter took her small dog to be clipped at Home Sweet Home she had a different clipper woman who was charging $5 less than the lady I was using for small dogs. I was told by my clipper that they all charged the same. I knew that wasn't true as I picked up my daughter's dog and paid the $60 and not $65 as I was quoted. Because I questioned the prices the clipper I had called me on the phone rudely saying she didn't want me to come back as I questioned the prices. With that she cancelled my next appointment. She did me a favor as her clipping was recently uneven and sloppy looking. I found a great clipper within walking distance from my home and more reasonably priced. Dogs are looking so much better than Home Sweet Home and I don't have to deal with any attitudes.

Donna did a great job on Aphrodite's groom and even did a nail trim and gland service on her while she was there. Aphrodite looks beautiful and it is clear that Donna loves what she does and loves taking care of other people's pets! I would happily use Donna's services again and recommend her to anyone in the area who is looking for a more personalized grooming experience for their pet!
