I've been getting my 2 Norwegian Elkhound's nails clipped there for several months now and Jess really is the Best. Jess is a groomer and for me she is the Dog Whisperer . Jess is quite knowledgeable concerning Anything Canine. The store itself has a great selection of healthy yummy treats, bedding toys and even a kitty adoption area. Nice to have a groomer back on Main St Bel Air.

Dropped in for my little puppers birthday and I was greeted by Kabrina as soon as I walked in the door showing me the birthday wall next to the bakery case( which had a wide variety of treats from cookies, premade cakes ect). I explored the isles that had way more selection than the location by my house cages were clean and plenty of crickets for reptiles. I noticed the lone kitten Dani that Kabrina almost had me adopt look soooo cute I almost took her maybe I'll be back for her. Then I was shown the bath area which is a nice upgrade with fully stocked baths. Overall this trip was way more than what I expected and will make the drive again with my little fur baby

One of the workers even took the chew out of my hand and replaced it with one of better quality -- then kept swapping until we found the perfect one for my dog. Not all chews are the same, and they really took the time to help us get the one that looked the best. That kind of care is amazing and rare! The staff clearly loves dogs, and it really shows. We also used the pet wash stations -- clean, easy to use, and the store less busy than PetSmart. Great prices too. We'll definitely be back!
