Going with a new groomer can be iffy, especially if you're nervous about how you want your dog(s) to appear. Dropped my Collies off today at 1:45 and they were done a bit before 4:00. My Collie boy has massive amounts of hair, and my female does not. Jo did everything I asked her to, and I was very impressed with her work and her professionalism. She even cleaned out my boy's ears. Huh...maybe that's why he isn't paying attention. LOL I am definitely going back. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to in this instance. I decided to never have my dogs there. My husband decided to reserve again with them because we were in a time constriction. I didn't want too, but I decided to do it because there was no other option. I paid half of the money ($440). Two days ago we had an accident happening and unfortunately our vacation will not happen anymore. We called them and requested a cancelation. We did it a week before, which is plenty of time. Over the phone they never said they won't return the money, but when I requested the amount returned they refused. they use venmo/cash for a reason. Have your pets somewhere else. I'm even thinking to take them to court, that's how upset they got me when we already have a lot going on. Post review, response to owner: you did loose our dog, look in your documents for Spike. This was more than 8 years ago. Never wanted to go with you but husband did thinking you all change. Your policy says you can cancel 7 days in advance which we did. Last year we cancelled a month in advance. We have the right to cancel, you have no right (per your policy also) to take our money. But I will take you to court and believe me I will find the bills when you had our dog a few years ago.

It looked to us like another dog took a big bite between her neck and shoulder. I don't know what bothered us more, the receptionist minimalizing this or being charged $13, for some play yard service we did not request. Watch out for group play! They either do not monitor the dogs or put aggressive breeds in.

He has been put on 3 prescriptions - an anti-inflammatory, pain medication and an antibiotic for the infection caused by the groomer. When we brought this issue to the establishment's attention, they denied any responsibility and told us to take them to court. Do NOT take your pets here to be groomed. This establishment needs to be held accountable for their mistreatment of animals.
