Her work is incredibly natural and soft - it's honestly perfect. Nobody can even tell I've had my lips done, and my brows (which she just touched up after two years!) still look fresh and beautiful. What sets her apart is her eye for detail. She has a natural talent and intuition for what will look best. I didn't give her any direction - I just told her to do what she thought would suit me, and she absolutely nailed it. She's also very patient, listens carefully, and genuinely cares about making sure you look your best. Even after two years, the color in my lips held up so well that she said I didn't even really need a touch-up. That kind of honesty is rare and refreshing.

I knew right away it was the place for me. It was many weeks before I was able to make an appointment as my calendar limited. After booking it online (totally for this process) I received a text asking me preliminary questions as well as requests for screenshots of my brows. Long story short, Denise is a professional. Doing her homework to assure her success and her clients satisfaction. She proceeded to suggest a style and shape and drew it on my brows to show me what it would look like. When I told her I had my own ideas and wanted to look similar to the way my brows were before the over plucking and over shaving and age, she did not necessarily agree with me. But because they're my brows and I explained in detail what I wanted, she went with my request. When she was finished, she was pleased and mentioned she had not done this style but was going to put them as an option to her classic styles.
