Please ask Victoria for the NUMBER OF MONTHS THE INK WILL LAST on the brows for the microblading service. For my case, the ink only last after the first wash and Victoria will charge you $175 for a retouch with no guarantee on how long the ink will last. According to her "after you do a retouch and if the ink doesn't stick, you have to pay me again if you want another retouch." This doesn't sound professional as she can not predict/control the product she made. When things don't turn out right, the customer is at fault = paying her extra to fix the problem. I also found that Victoria is not ethical. If she doesn't know how things turn out, please be honest about it. Please tell the customers up front that she doesn't know if the ink will stick or not. I'm extremely mad for not being informed about this and now losing money because half of the ink was gone just after the first wash. Please don't me like me. I got lip blushing done for the first time by Victoria back in June, and I absolutely adore the results! She is amazing I've alway overlined my top lip because it was always on the smaller side and was disproportionate to my bottom lip, but she was able to make it so I no longer have to overline my lips which I greatly appreciate. I didn't know what to expect pain wise, but she puts numbing cream on you and it numbs you right up. I have tattoos and I've had many piercings, so I can tell you from experience that I've had piercings that hurt so much more than lip blushing ever does. You would think because your lips are such a sensitive area that it would hurt so much, but I'm telling you it wasn't bad at all and the results are amazing. My first 2 appointments in 2021 and in 2022 went great, but next 2 appointments were not good at all. This lady is taking on WAY MORE than she can handle because she's greedy and money hungry. I went in my 3rd time (& for touch up) and my brows turned grayish purple after 6 months. I waited another year and gave her another chance in Dec 2023 so 9 months ago. My eyebrows are purple greyish again and no I didn't get my touch up this last time because when I went for my initial appointment I got there and she had a lady she was still working on (mind you this is my time slot that I pre booked) I dont mind if I have to wait 5-15 min but an HOUR is ridiculous then about 10 minute before she brings me in ANOTHER client shows up and she sees me waiting with numbing cream and there's still the lady before me still getting her brows done and the lady who had just arrived asks Victoria if she will be done with her in an hour and Victoria says yes so I'm confused how she's going to have the lady AFTER me out in an hour but she hasn't even started me yet?! She finally brings me in and finished my brows in 20 MINUTES!!! I felt so rushed but I figured you know what I'm a hairstylist let me give her the benefit of the doubt because we all have our days. I mean I've NEVER done anything to this extent in my career but I'm a nice person and I know I need to come back for a touch up and I'm sure she'll make up for it at my touch up but she charged me FULL PRICE. I paid and tipped 20% it's hard to tell if your brows look good at first because usually they are dark and thick so I waitied to see how they were gonna heal and after 3 weeks the work she had done was basically gone and I was left with purple/grey hue so I didn't go back for the touch up because I didn't want to waist anymore money with her. I was honestly shocked because I've been to her multiple times and it's always taken over an hour. PLUS she told me she ONLY takes cash the last 2 times. Come on lady, we know you aren't filing all your taxes. As if you couldn't make it more obvious. And NO I never asked for a refund and I don't want a refund, I just want her to know that her professionalism has went down hill BAD over the past couple years and hopefully she can take this all into consideration and change her ways. I was extremely disappointed and have put off this review for a while because I actually never leave reviews anywhere but I paid $1,200 to have my work corrected and was told I have extreme scar tissue from Victoria and my appointment took almost 3 hours because the ink wouldn't stick right away read more
