Sounded good so I went ahead and made arrangements and paid a deposit. I was called when they were ready for pick up. Very pleased and highly recommend them. I was going to purchase extra for installation since one of the windows was on our second story, but was advised and felt confident afterwards on installing myself. Really appreciate the pep talk! Jay asked me to text or e-mail him a picture of the damage and called me back within 20 minutes with a quote and estimated time of arrival. He was there on time and got right to work he explained everything that he was about to do and was done in little less than an hour. I made multiple attempts to address these concerns directly, but a fair resolution was not reached, and the experience became frustrating.
