I was a solo traveler for this trip to Colorado to reset, refresh and relax. I am an athlete and do…read morea lot of sports rehab for my body especially since I am almost 50 years old (ha!). I researched and read through local reviews and ended up booking a custom tailored 90 minute massage. Kim was so kind and worked me into their schedule on short notice (don't recommend but highly appreciated). Tobias, my massage therapist was very experienced and was able to remove all my muscular pain in my shoulders, shoulder blades, head a neck. His technique was effective, yet gentle enough to also relax. The rooms were very clean and organized, following strict COVID safety protocols for their studios but they do not require you to wear a mask (the therapist does). Exceeded all my expectations! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a massage! Pro tips: book as early as possible. Arrive clean and showered for the massage. Don't be afraid to communicate to the therapist exactly what you need or where your pain is. You will get much more out of your massage. Check out the River next to the studio! Wow!!!

I highly recommend Affinity, the staff are warm and welcoming and full of great suggestions for things to do. The space is welcoming and relaxing as well, not an antiseptic type place like some chains I've been to. Privately owned, this space is well appointed and loved.

Worst massage ever! Let's start with the absolutely worst…read morecustomer service. When I was asked about my preferences, I clearly said I wanted a deep tissue massage -- really deep and strong. The therapist's response shocked me. Let me quote: "I will try my best, but it's been a full day of massages, and if you want it deep, you better come in the morning." As you can guess, I didn't get what I asked for. On top of that, the therapist wore gloves throughout the massage. It was the first time in my life someone wore gloves while giving a massage. The sensation of plastic touching my skin the entire time was awful -- for me, it felt like torture. To be fair, my husband had a massage at the same place with a different therapist and he liked it -- and she didn't wear gloves. I definitely won't be coming back and would never recommend this place. There is so much competition in Estes Park with many massage options, so I'm truly shocked that anyone could provide such poor customer service and low-quality treatment. The name of my therapist was Tina -- so if you decide to book a massage here, at least be aware

I usually go for just a straight up massage but they offered free additions so I took hot stones. (by the way, whoever came up with the idea of hot stones deserves the Nobel peace prize). Patrick was awesome. He asked about my trouble spots asked about sensitivity and how much pressure to use and then we entered the massage room where I experience the most luxurious fluffy massage table I've ever had in my life. Another plus the head rest was exceptionally cushioned as well as angled downward slightly, which helps with the comfort level. The massage was exactly what I needed exactly exactly what I asked. Patrick for and 90 minutes didn't seem near as enough time as I wanted it to go for about another hour Someone mentioned it before, but the name says it all it is truly the best in town, hands-down

I stayed here with my husband for 3 nights, 4 days and it was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in…read morethe king studio and it was beyond what we expected. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff were always so friendly. The gym is pretty basic but has enough of what you need to get in a good workout. My favorite part by far was the sauna. Guests of the Aspire get complimentary access to the spa area for free. I sauna'd every singe day (sometimes twice a day) and enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The spa area is open from 8 am - 8 pm. My one knock is I wish it was open earlier and later. It would be amazing to come back from a hike or long day and be able to take a nice soak in the hot tub or relax in the sauna. Similar resorts offer much better hours for those features and the Aspire is not cheap. The hotel room space huge. We had an entry way that featured a wardrobe with space to hang a few things and some drawers. We also had a table top fan AND a tower fan to use. The bathroom is large and spacious with lots of space to put your stuff on the counter or in drawers. The shower is large and comes with body wash/shampoo/conditioner. The bedroom area featured 2 nightstands with drawers and across from the bed was a dresser with even more storage space. The bed was comfortable and pillows were fluffy (I'm a pillow snob). There's a washer/dryer stacked unit in a closet and comes with a thing of laundry soap and dryer sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, drinkware, coffee, microwave, stove/oven, full fridge and freezer and whatever else you need to make your stay comfortable. The living room area had a comfortable couch with a second TV. The couch pulls out but we never used it. Linens are provided but you might need a 2nd blanket. The one for the pull out couch was a standard brown hotel blanket that might not be warm during the Colorado winters. We were informed housekeeping comes every 3rd day of your stay, but you can request it if you need it before then, or ask for whatever you need. We never needed housekeeping but I was able to go to the front desk and request additional items that I needed like toilet paper or laundry soap. Aside from the Aspire, we ended each night with drinks at the Whiskey bar inside the Stanley Hotel. We ate dinner there one night and both had the Elk, Venison, Bison sampler with whipped potatoes and asparagus. It was heavenly. We were able to take our drinks to go and sit anywhere we'd like on the property. I cannot wait to come back and stay here. It was truly a pleasure and a very enjoyable experience!
