Honest and quick. Dude was super helpful and easy to talk to. Got working on my car super quick and finished quick. Great service

A gentleman by the name of Jose helped me with a nail that was stuck on one of my tire. I arrived 30 minutes after they opened so there was only one person in front of me. Very fast service probably took about 15 minutes and then took another 2 minutes checking that all the other tires were fine and added a bit more air. The cost for the service was $20. I will be returning if I ever need any other car service. Thank you

Place is amazing and really helpful , its hard to find an honest mechanic. Tried others down this street and lets just say happy i found Jesse's prices are reasonable and better yet, quality is as good as any other. Just came in earlier for a patch on my tire, had a huge screw and they helped me within 15 mins! Great customer service, and it was only $12! I had gone to Just Tires before coming here and they were charging me $25! Saved myself $13. Definitely coming back for an oil change. The man was so friendly & professional read more

This was my second visit to Jesse's tires. The first was to replace the tires on my Jeep and the second was to change my front and lower ball joints. I can't express how satisfied and appreciative I am with the service I received. Jesse and his son are very professional and extremely welcoming. They did everything possible to ensure that my jeep and I were well taken care of. Their prices are fair and they do great work. If I could give half a star I would be more satisfied. I took my mother's car here for a full tune up and paid almost 200 dollars and came to find out that they did NOT change the spark plugs. When I went back to ask they gave me a BS excuse about it being the car that "burned them out fast" but the second mechanic I took it too said that wasn't true. DO NOT TRUST THEM! read more

These guys that run jesses are top rated mechanics that know their stuff. They are very professional and friendly. I went to them because my car wasn't running good. They took care of the problem at a very reasonable price. They even referred me to someplace else to get my window fixed. I would recommend them for anything auto related. If it's something they can't do . Guarantee they would know who could take care of your issue at a very reasonable price . All my family takes their vehicles to jesses for service . read more

Came here to have a flat tire patched, and the owner started working on it without first telling me…read morethe cost or mentioning that they only accept cash. After the work had already finished, the owner told me it was a cash-only shop. He couldn't even put my spare tire back in the trunk, he left it in the floor for me to put away. I also asked if they could install and program four TPMS sensors that I had already purchased. I did my research beforehand and bought the correct OEM Denso sensors. He told me they would only install TPMS sensors if they were purchased through their shop. He said he could physically install mine but refused to program them, even though he had the equipment to do so. When I told him they were OEM Denso sensors, he incorrectly claimed they were AutoZone sensors. Instead, he tried to sell me his own sensors for $400. It felt like he was refusing to program my sensors simply to force me into buying his. Based on that experience, I won't be coming back. This was some of the worst customer service I've received. Me dijo que solo instalan sensores TPMS si se compran directamente con ellos. Comentó que podía instalar físicamente los míos, pero que no los programaría, a pesar de que tenía el equipo necesario para hacerlo. Cuando le expliqué que eran sensores OEM de Denso, insistió incorrectamente en que eran de AutoZone. En lugar de ayudarme, trató de venderme sus propios sensores por $400. Me dio la impresión de que se negó a programar los míos simplemente para obligarme a comprar los de él. Después de esta experiencia, no volveré. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Jonathan showed up promptly and got work immediately on my rim. His work and skills are impeccable. It only took him roughly about 20-25 minutes to leave my wheel looking "Good as new" for less than the cost of a new wheel. I definitely recommend Dr Wheel for your curb/parking mishaps.
