4/12/26: I am a regular reviewer and I absolutely call out businesses when they try to take advantage of people. This place is not honest and I do not recommend it at all. They tried to charge my daughter $1500 for a repair that her car did not even need. Let that sink in. $1500 for something that was completely unnecessary. We took the car to another shop and were told there was nothing wrong with what they claimed. That is not a mistake, that is unacceptable. The lack of honesty and transparency here is alarming. There was no real explanation, no proof, just pressure to approve expensive work that made no sense. This is exactly how people get taken advantage of. On top of that, the behavior and attitude we experienced were completely unprofessional. It did not feel like they had the customer's best interest in mind at all. I have reported this business to the automotive bureau and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to think twice before coming here. Always get a second opinion. There are honest mechanics out there. This is not one of them. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration and go somewhere else. read more

Welp...I was in a bind on a Thursday morning. Punctured 35x12.50R15TL tire with 2 other tires that needed to ALSO be replaced. They were the only tire shop open at 830am. Got a no BS quote and they had the tires in stock, ready to be mounted. They installed my 4 tires and got me out in around 45min. read more

guerro tried to pull a fast on me by telling me my transmission was broken and needed replacement. the entire time Guerrero spoke to me with a very nonchalant, condescending, and dismissive attitude to all my questions and I feel as though I was only treated this way due to myself being a young and ignorant new car owner almost as if I was being shamed for it. I doubt the mechanics did a proper diagnosis after I had told them the symptoms of my car as they only looked at the engine for 5 minutes then insisted I talk to guerro. initially to replace the transmission guerro quoted me $1600 not including labor costs. however when I took my car to r&m auto shop located at 4717 E Slauson Ave, Maywood, only a handful of blocks down from bless tire, junior and his team were able to fix the problem for $75 exactly!! And they finished within 2 hours I was able to pick up the car the same day. Turns out it was an issue with my distributor cap and my transmission was just fine. Compared to guerro, junior was much more agreeable, responsive, respectful, and professional, and made me feel right at home. The mechanic I worked with had a great work eithic and guided me through his process of elimination the entire time, did a proper diagnosis and was able to identify the problem with the distributor very fast unlike bless tires that completely missed this detail that would have cost me $1525 more just to replace something that is perfectly fine. do not go to bless tires!!! in my own opinion it is unwise to leave your car in the hands of unprofessional old men that are not upfront and forthcoming with your questions. Stopped here because I hit a typical LA pothole and this shop with the closest and still open but the prices are dumb expensive. The guy who replaced the tire was not the nicest but whatever. The little short chick who works in the office though, she was rude. Apparently she was ready to go when I pulled up but the place was open so that wasn't my problem. She huffed and puffed her way back to the office to take my payment and left a bad taste in my mouth with her ugly attitude. There's another shop a half block down that will likely give you better service. Idk for sure but what I do know is this place is a hard pass. read more

Went to get a Quote for AC compressor replacement, short guy with a very nasty attitude approached me and I asked him if I could get my car checked, he then responded "i dont think we can help you with that" then he says he will check it and out after talking to his boss & out of the blue he pulls out an AC pressure test gage with an AC Freon tank (as if they couldn't help because they didnt have the Correct equipment). Not to mention he didnt even acknowledge my questions nor what I mentioned to him about the DIY diagnosis. He just turned away & talked to the rest of the young mechanics. I can see it in their face due their expression that they know what he's doing is wrong but they just went along with it. I mean what else can they really do lol. After lifting the car he gets upset that the keys aren't in the car so he throws a tantrum and drops his multi meter on the floor and throws his hands in the air like a child as he is huffing and puffing. Anyways he tried to cheat me $50 for the diagnosis, he tells me only cash but I refute and I tell him im paying with debit, his face dropped as I walked to speak with his Boss (aka guerro). The mechanic then goes to the office to tell the receptionist its 50 dollars for the diagnosis and she even looked at him strange as if she knew he was over charging. Avoid this place if you can, there is a better shop down the street where there are more decent, honest mechanics and friendlier too. read more

I didnt have enough to replace all four so they recommended I use snap finance when having to get maintenance done on my car which I did and was able to get other things done that I couldn't at the time, great prices. Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone the owner is a crook doesn't even diagnose cars properly just thinks it's ok to change parts. A bunch of crooks that replace parts that aren't needed. I would definitely recommend just to leave your car the way it is than instead of bringing it to those crooks stay away !! And the shop is a complete mess nastiest shop ever! read more
