I hate to do this. Been coming here since I was a kid. Recently, I came in to get two used tires. Can't afford new ones so this was a good short term solution. When I got home, I noticed one of the used tire had a huge plug. Went back and they replaced it. The next morning, the second used tire was already flat. Had to go back again and they had to patch it up. I get it, they are used, but why sell bad used tires? After 20 years, I am seriously disappointed. Came in expecting a standard $25 tire rotation like most places, didn't even ask up front because that's the going rate. Once he saw it was a Tesla, suddenly it jumped to $35. The excuse was using Tesla jack pads, but those cost maybe $40 for a full set and take seconds to use--definitely not worth a 40% price hike. Just felt like I got upcharged for no real reason. Good service and were able to help me quickly but when I received my bill I was absolutely shocked at the blatant scam. I needed a spark plug and electrical coil replaced and a $98 labor fee was added for two very easy fixes. The worst part however was not that, because they got it fixed fast and I needed it done. The real insult happened when they showed me my air filter and oil stick, which I knew needed maintenance, and said they could do it and the air filter would only be $25. Come to see the bill and there is a $45 fee to install the air filter which is laughable it's such a simple fix again and I had intended to do it myself until they offered to do it for cheap. Also the oil change was $75!!!! Now I am facing a $400 bill that I could've avoided if I hadn't made the mistake of taking my car to their shop out of desperation. read more

My experience with City Tires went well! Eddie gave me a good price for a wheel alignment upon arrival that was needed for my 2009 C300 4 Matic Sport. They immediately took my Vehicle in, the wait time was around close to an hour ( only because my tie rods were a bit worn out so needed extra reinforcements) other than that I'm sure wait time should be less. I don't usually review on Yelp but felt like I had to in this case. Went in for a tire patch and got charged $35 . I had just gone for the same thing a couple of months ago and got charged $20. I know inflation has hit us all but that's almost the price of a used tire. I know other small tire shops still charge $15-$20 for a patch. $35 for a patch is a rip off and will never go there again ! read more
