Took my 2017 mustang gt here and they messed up my lug nut. They cross threaded the lug nuts on the wheel stud. They had an all tatted cholo who was banging on my wheel stud with a rubber mallet forcing it to go in. It was expensive to get that fixed and replaced. read more

I called in and out premier today to ask a question about an alignment that was done to my vehicle a few months ago after purchasing a new set of tires. I spoke to a women who was unable to answer my question, She then transferred me to in and out premier gentlemen which seemed bothered from the start of the conversation, I explained to him that a few days ago I noticed that the inner rubber of the tire was worn to the point that i could see the metal wire coming out of the tire. I proceeded to taking the car to the tire shop where I purchased the tires to see if the tires were defective. I was told by the tire shop that after checking the tires it looked like no alignment had been done which caused the wear on the inside of the tire. I then took it to the tire shops alignment center for a more thorough inspection and after inspecting everything they confirmed no alignment was present and the cam bolt was loose which the technician said "your whole suspension could have come apart and you would of been in a bad accident which could of cost you and your families life". The technician said "where did you go? I would call them and make them aware of the situation, I'm surprised they didn't tell you". After providing the in and out premier gentlemen the story, I asked if there was some type of warranty on the alignment that was allegedly done. He raised his voice and said in a disrespectful and rude tone "No! Go talk to the tire shop" and hung up the phone. I will not be coming here ever again and will not refer anyone here. Beware of this place, if you care about your life and your families life don't come here go elsewhere. They don't care about providing quality work or customer service to their customers. You know that annoying maintenance alert on your car that never goes away, even though you've taken care of your car? That electrical demon that won't stop pestering you everywhere you go and gives you the mad dog stare every time you look at your dash - which is a million times a day if you drive in LA?! Well I had two of those nasty little things related to my tires and my mechanic could not get rid of them but this shop did! Hallelujah amen and thank you!!! Keep in mind my tires were good and there was no maintenance issue, it just was a lame bug in the system. Ah-noyyyying! I've had them quote me on new tires and do tire maintenance and I absolutely love this shop! It's big, lots of parking, extremely clean, and so professional. It's a bit out of the way for me - not too far - but definitely not in my neighborhood but absolutely worth it. I feel very comfortable there as a woman getting car work done and they have a wonderful office and waiting area that is safe and comfortable. The manager is Luis and he's awesome. Extremely transparent, friendly, knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive. Everyone that works there is delightful, polite and fast. They do some other repairs above and beyond tires as well, like fixing your steering column (whatever the hell that is lol!). Electrical vehicle demons banished! Yay!!! Now if they can only banish the demons on the LA roads, we would be in heaven! It's a lot to ask, but reach for the stars and you might land on a tire-shaped cloud ;-) read more

The guy that does the Alignment here is absolutely useless, he doesn't know what he's doing at all. From the moment I got there I explained to the guy that I wanted him to check if the Toe Angle and Caster, to leave the Camber as it is because I had installed custom Upper Control Arms and they come preset to the angle I wanted them. The guy lifted the car with the ramp and he didn't even set the front wheels in the rotating part of the machine then he lifted front end of the car using a jack from under the front of the car. Tell me why this dude started readjusting the Camber of the left front wheel while having the wheel hanging. At this point I decided to intervene and asked if he was adjusting the Camber? to which he replied yes, I proceeded to remind him that I only needed the tow angle and caster check just how I stated from the beginning. I wouldn't be leaving this negative review if it wasn't for the fact that he didn't leave my steering wheel straight after I asked him to leave it straight to which he replied "It's not gonna be straight" so yea, I'm pretty pissed because I paid $70 for a shit job done. read more

I must admit I was extremely frustrated upon arrival. My tire blew out while I was driving with my baby niece in the car. Last year, I bought all 4 tires here for an amazing deal. And constantly referring my friends and family here. I hadn't been able to come when I first got a flat tire because I don't live in La. I had to stop at a Mickey Mouse tire shop and paid 55$ for a used tire when I could've just came here and it would've been covered as they offer WARRANTY! I came in today and the owner took very great care of me (went above and behind, LITERALLY) This is a great place with amazing customer service. Be sure to walk into the office to get assisted. In & Out Tires -- the name says it all! I've been here twice for tire issues, and both times I've left happy! Walking into the shop, the staff is always direct and efficient. Once I handed over my keys, they got to work on my car right away. The first time I was here they plugged my tire since there was a nail on the edge of the tire. The second time I was here, they helped to plug 2 tires that were slowly leaking air out. Both times I was here service was great, and staff was friendly and helpful. I got a flat tire last night and replaced it with the spare in my trunk. I have a go-to tire shop but they dont take cards. I found this one was the closest to me without having to go take out cash. I called to ask if they took AMEX. They were very polite over the phone and said yes! As long as I had ID. I said perfect and headed over. I get there and i talk to the hispanic, brown/blonde hair lady in the front desk, I explain what happened and what I need and she asks one of the gentlemen to take my car. I told her i just wanted a used tire. Ive bought these in the past from my go to and they always last quiet a bit. I only wanted a quick fix. She says to him "oh go help her she doesnt want new tires, she wants old tires. She doesnt wanna buy tires" He takes my car and brings it back. I try to hand her my amex and she goes oh not for used tires. I said well i called and i (she interrupts) and says i don't know who you talked to but we dont take it for used ones. I said well maybe someone should have said they do take amex depending on the service. And she tells me to go to the atm and take out cash. They dont have one on site so i walked to a mini market. I ended up paying more, and still walking to an atm. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, she got defensive and said she didnt know who I spoke to. So to save anyone the trouble.... *They take card depending on service* also, the used tire i got looks way more beat up than the ones I usually get. I doubt it will last, but thats what I get for not going to the shop I trust and giving them a try. They got the job done but that should have been easier. read more

Ok. I've been so out of it since I rolled over a nail and punctured one of my run flats. I've had this BMW for like seven years and have had to replace the run flats which are expensive and aren't carried by many local small shops. I have been bumming rides, borrowing cars and taking Uber because I just didn't have the time to devote. I finally after a week of that Called In and Out on a Saturday and they were slammed. The young lady was very helpful on the phone and said to come in Monday when they opened at 8am and my car would be seen right away. I carefully drove the 2.3 miles there and rolled into a spot and was seen immediately. I took a business call and before it was even over they were done! Now only that the owner brought me my keys and said they were done and be careful backing out. No charge!! What?! You know what, I was able to get to all my meetings without missing a eat and my wallet is still looking good! I will ALWAYS come here to replace my tires. Went in for tires and left with a big yellow scrape on my bumper that they denied they did when I arrived with no previous damage. The building is painted yellow and my bumper has a yellow scrape that they swore I came with so they wouldn't have to pay for the damage. I Politely asked them to view the cameras they gave me excuse after excuse as to why the cameras didn't work after telling me they would view them and give me a call back that I never received. Check your car before leaving this place!!! About 5 months ago went in to get a tire replaced. I drove in on my good spare tire. About 4 months later was cleaning out the trunk and noticed the spare had been damaged. So I called talk to Judy and she said have to get the camera footage from corporate. She never called back two later I talked to the owner who offered to replace the spare tire with a regular tire because they don't have spare tire available. About a month later I come in to get the replacement tire promised by the owner Steve, and everyone now knows nothing about. I talk to Steve on the phone and that D bag start yelling at me. I unexpectedly got a flat tire today on the corner of Florence and Figueroa in Los Angeles. This company was listed as one to which Geico would offer free towing. They had great reviews on yelp, and I had to add one because they were awesome! I called before the tow truck even arrived to make sure that they could help me and their hours on yelp were accurate. They ascertained that I would need a full tire replacement and quoted me right there over the phone. The price was excellent! When I got there, they took me right in and I was literally in and out in about 15 minutes. So they definitely live up to their name! WOW! What an outstanding Automotive experience. From the time your driving going inside their parking lot you see 2 buildings, its right on the corner of 60 st and central. Everything is BRAND NEW 5 stars. Once i came in parked my car then walk to the lobby of the store I was greeted by the office staff, and then they ask me what do I need really nice service. I told em that my car is pulling to the right and my tires are bald from the passenger right side. The mechanic test drive the vehicle and found the problem ASAP. He told me I needed to fix the struts & rack o pinion boots, tie rods inner and outer. I did fix it little by little because it is expensive to fix every month i put tie rods, then next was tires with new valves, balance tires, and WARRANTY! Most shops they don't even tell you nothing about that. They just install and go but this shop explains to you everything you came in for they even tell you what needs fixing and what can wait. The mechanics they are the best whatever problem i had in the car they solved it ASAP. Not only is this a gem but the prices on tires rims, automotive services everything is outstanding. My daughter was playing in the kids section where they have foam floor and a lot of toys for kids. They have refreshments water, candy, coffee, everything was just so clean! Their restroom is always clean, lobby, parking lot! I been their a few times their always on TOP of everything. I don't know how they keep the shop clean and sanitize. Theirs is hundreds of shops their in central but nothing beats IN AND OUT TIRE. I been to a lot of mechanic shops all over so cal I been to from east la, south la, Azusa, Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills. Their OK or good but not outstanding they go out of their way and beyond. I want to thank the in and out tire staff and especially Ahmed really appreciate service and honesty. Not a lot mechanics are. What makes Auto repair better is their honest customer service which is truly unbelievable. I was impressed by what I saw. Impressed by what I heard, I decided to make this my mechanic shop. I found a very professional shop. The entire Auto Shop staff is highly knowledgeable about tires and services and never pressures you for any service, they educated you pros and cons and is up to you if you want to, which is truly refreshing. if you don't find exactly what you are looking for, just tell manager or assistant manager what you want and he will try to find it for you.
