The entire team here are professional and deliver top notch performance. The front desk staff are spot on and just accommodating, the check out experience is accurate and fast paced. The office layout is spacious and immaculate. I can't say enough about Dr. Levy who has treated my mom's aneurysm for 10 years and there is complete trust in his capabilities. He actually said "oh, you'll feel better after surgery!" - I told him not to sign the surgery consent until they addressed his pain, they finally called in a few days of Tylenol 3s which made no sense to me as he was already taking extra strength Tylenol without relief. I get that there's an opioid problem, but when you're in tears and cannot walk from a massive hole in your leg, then you get surgery to have a wound vac installed, don't you think that warrants SOMETHING? Of course the Tylenol 3s didn't provide any relief, we went through several sleepless nights, at his follow up 3 days later, still complained of terrible pain but was told there was nothing they could do. The hole in his leg looks like a shark took a bite out of it and there's a machine attached constantly applying pressure! The hole measures 8cmx6cmx6cm - NOT SMALL!! Again, competent doctor but very impatient and dismissive, cuts you off, horrible bedside manner. He's at least 75 years old (doesn't look it from all the plastic surgery he's gotten), and I really think when you start to be so jaded you treat your patients like that, it's time to retire.

We've seen a few different doctors (sometimes we aren't able to see his PCP) and everyone is very knowledge, cordial and kind. The nurses are all great and attempt to calm my son down who get a a bit nervous as he's only 2.5 (he started seeing his doctor at 18 months when we moved to NYC). At times during afternoon visits when they're busier the wait time can be a little long but that's fine. We are patient and things work out.

Yesterday was a cold windy day. No matter since a mammogram and sonogram were scheduled. I've been…read moreusing Lenox Hill Radiology for the past 16 years approximately. I've had my ups and downs in this area of preventative medicine. Too much info for this review. After a mix up with an appointment I was fed up and stopped going in my later years. So now the torch has been passed to my daughter. She also has what they call dense breast tissue. In the past couple years she has been followed up more frequently. This type of breast tissue requires a mammogram and sonogram annually. She was given a Saturday appointment at 12:10pm. After the mammogram she was told she needed to return because the doctor doesn't work on Saturdays and needs to do the sonogram. Now she must take off from work and return this week. Why did they schedule it for this time? Plus they close at 1pm on Saturdays! Not enough time scheduled for both tests. Bottom line here are the good points: 1. Professional technicians. 2. Convenient Locations. 3. Accepts all types of insurance. 4. They were good at keeping my medical history. 5. Billing department pretty easy to work with. DOWN SIDE Issues with communication between locations. Miscommunication regarding appointments. I arrived the day of my last appointment only to be told I had cancelled it the day before. IT WASN'T ME that cancelled it. After that I felt insecure about the safety of their information system. PS They did see me that day but I had to verify all my information again. They should have known it wasn't me that cancelled my original appointment! This location: 1. The waiting area is a lot smaller but it's bright and new. Only radiology patients in this area and lots of sanitizer around. 2. Reception employee was very nice. 3. Good suggestion from technician. The technician says she usually brings a little travel deodorant with her which is a good idea. Especially if you're going somewhere after the test!!

Thanks to her I had surgery within 17 days from the first visit with her. I was diagnosed with stage 1, which is rare as many times this kind of cancer is missed or too much time is spent between visits, consultations and testing. Her office was very quick in organizing everything. I can't recommend her enough. And she is also very nice.

There will and may be times where you are waiting a while to be seen based on the type of appointment that you have as well as the time your appointment is scheduled for. Pack your patience when coming here but it is worth the wait. The quality of care is great here because the clinicians here are genuine, empathetic, and professional. I would recommend anyone who is in need of Cancer Care to come here for treatment, etc. especially if you want an alternative for the Main Campus or KOCH locations.

This is one of MSK's bigger locations and it encompasses a variety of services within one building,…read moreincluding medical consultations, blood work labs, chemotherapy, and radiology. It is likely that you will spend the full day here, which on a good day will mean 1-2 hours behind schedule and on a bad day will mean waiting in between your services for up to 4 hours. The chemotherapy is usually overbooked and the treatment rooms are quite cramped and only partitioned by curtains. It's not my favorite place but it gets the job done and the nurses are always very kind and make sure you get enough warm blankets. Located right across from the 53rd/Lexington Av station (E/M) and two blocks away from 51st St (6) station.
