When getting your brows tattooed there's a lot of things that you consider.. how dark it's going to look, how symmetrical they are, how long the healing process is going to be. I loved her attention to detail and willingness to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Although I was unlucky to have an allergic reaction to the ink (this kind of thing always happens to me) my brows healed wonderfully and I didn't even need a touch up! They are perfect for no makeup makeup days, and also super easy to add powder/product to when I want a more dramatic look, since there's already a perfect shape. During my brow appointment I found out she was also a makeup artist, I jokingly told her that I'd need her to do my makeup for my wedding (I wasn't even engaged at the time). Fast forward 3 years later, I'm engaged and she was the first person I thought of for my bridal make up! I went in to get my eyebrows done as a drop in and one employee said she could fit me in, as she's about to begin, another employee Laura, condescendingly told us we would have to wait a half hour because another customer who "actually purchashed product" would have to be done first. Never have I been treated with such unprofessionalism, I will not be returning.
