This place is horrible. They don't know how to thread at all. From the moment I walked in, I already had a bad feeling. The owner is not friendly or welcoming, and the service reflects that. My mom and I both got full‑face threading, but the girls who worked on us clearly didn't know what they were doing. I even told her that I didn't feel the hairs being pulled out while she was threading, but she ignored my concerns, same with my mom. When we got home, the hair on my face was still there. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows. read more

Im so unhappy with my brows. I was crying because of how frustrated this experience was for me. When i tried to book over the phone, I was speaking with Sam. We booked the appointment but she would not answer my questions. I kept repeating myself asking how much the price would be for a brow lamination and tint, as a response she kept saying "thank you, we will see you soon" that was so frustrating, i just hung up. I did walk in and got checked in. Sam sat me the chair immediately. She did not perform a consultation at all! I work in the beauty industry for a living for over 4 years now, for EVERY new client or new appointment you should ALWAYS perform a consultation. The lamination burnt me which i would assume its normal but I noticed an open wound on my arch after the service which is not normal. Sam also did not consult with me what color I wanted or what shape I wanted, when i asked what she was applying or what shape we were creating she told me a certain brown and kept telling me not to worry about it. Kept dismissing me. As the service comes to an end, my brows are so black, and my lamination is so uneven. I came here to relax after a hard day but this ended up being the cherry on top of it. I honestly should've left, I didnt want to pay, i was so devastated with how terrible my brows looked. After I came home i was crying. I called after asking for my brows to be fixed by a different person, they refused saying it would only damage more of my hairs, understandable. When I asked for a refund at least they told me no. And said they would give my information to the owner. Now Im personally representing Nike on my face and i dont know how long i will have to look like this for. I had a really frustrating experience here. The esthetician, Maryam, is rude. I signed in and was waiting my turn, but she skipped me four times and kept taking other clients who came in after me. When another esthetician even pointed it out, Maryam dismissed it and kept insisting it "wasn't my turn," which made no sense given I had signed in before everyone she took ahead of me. After waiting and being ignored repeatedly, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. However, I feel like this needs to be shared because I also fell for all the "great reviews" for this place and now I'm at home crying over my ruined eyebrows. The person who did my eyebrows didn't listen to anything I asked her to do and cut off half my brow. I have naturally full eyebrows so I asked for a natural looking lamination. I told her I just wanted to laminate my brows so they stopped curling and then fill them in a little bit. She was a bit dismissive when I said this but she seemed like she understood what I was asking. Instead, she made my eyebrows extremely dark, laminated them extremely high, and cut off half my eyebrow when I asked her to trim them down a little. I asked her in the moment why one of my eyebrows looked so odd and why both were laminated so high but she was very dismissive and just told me I could brush them how I wanted them at home... She was very wrong and they are currently stuck like this and they look awful. I hope this review helps someone protect their eyebrows and find a better place with more expertise. read more

I used to truly love this place. I mean, I would come here all the time. But a lot of the old employees left and now there's maybe one girl who can actually do what you want and take what you say seriously. I went in there recently, and I specifically said that I do not like very thin eyebrows nor maintained eyebrows I like a more natural look with just a little bit of cleanup. I should've known better because when I walked in, there was a girl that was complaining saying that they ruined her eyebrows But since I had gone there before I just assumed, that this lady was having bad luck. No one I used was there and I felt really uneasy as they all seem to just go with the flow, and not really listen as intently as you would hope. I also asked to have my eyelashes tinted and lifted. I curl my eyelashes when I do my make up and I have very long eyelashes that are beautiful so I figured a lift and a tent would be amazing. I wouldn't have to curl them. Well, let's just say, they absolutely ruined my eyelashes. They are so overly curled, knotted and kinked I can't even wear mascara or it looks like spiders are fighting on my eye lids. It's an absolute nightmare. It's like going into a hair salon and asking for a beach wave and they pull out a half inch curler. I don't know if they did it way too long. They use the wrong stuff but it was a nightmare. And then she pulled out a clear mascara which looked like they use it on every single client (not sanitary, she didn't pull out a temporary brush, she used the standard eye lash brush that the bottle comes with so I assume that same brush goes on everyone's eyelashes) I thought I was seeing things so I didn't mention it. But I did after I figured it out more clearly. Let's also say that my Eye Brows, which I asked to stay natural, are HER version of natural maybe. But they are thin and crazy crazy sharp. I don't know. I'm very disappointed. I used to truly love this place and now I feel like the eyelash incident sent me over the edge. I mean honestly, the eyelashes are diabolical. I don't think anyone should practice eyelashes unless you really know what you're doing, and sadly this eyebrow place doesn't. I mean, I should've known in the name "perfect brow". Not "perfect lashes". I guess I just hope that they knew the craft of many hair related things. That was my bad.... I won't lie, though they're very sweet for the most part. Staff is usually very friendly. Sometimes, I get someone other than who I requested for my appointment. Service the last 2 times hasn't been as good as it usually is. I come in about every 2-3 weeks to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Occasionally, you'll get a staff member trying to push other services on you as well. I politely decline. I have been coming here for year and love it. I came in today and chose Sijal (I hope o spelling it right). Tina ended up taking me and she did a quick job, didn't seem like she cared to do her best. Unfortunately, My Perfect Brows is not the perfect location for my brows. I have come here 3 times now. First time was great. I loved my brow lamination, and the whole process was quick and affordable. After my first visit, however, I have not had the best results. The last two times I got my brow lamination, the results were not so great. Brow lamination should last at least a month, and my brows did not. This last time was the worst. My brows started getting messy about 2 weeks after. I am pretty disappointed. Another tiny thing I do not like, is that they send you a discount that expires. It almost feels like they do not want to give you a discount, because who goes in to do a brow lamination every 1-3 weeks (it expires right before your next month visit, and they tell you to wait at least a month before laminating again). Other than that, the place is clean. The ladies seem nice. The procedure (for lamination) is quick and pleasant. I really wanted to like the place, but I would rather pay a little more for brows that stay laminated for at least a month. If you are looking for an affordable place for brows, this place is great. But if you want longer results, maybe not quite so. It could also be a hit or miss, so maybe it will work great for others read more

I've been coming for at least four years now and it's the only place I'll go for eyebrow threading. My favorite threaders are Patel, Maryam, and Sam. The wait is usually 0-5 minutes (no appointment) and it's well-priced for the quality you get. I always come out with perfect brows and occasionally I will get my upper lip threaded and side burns waxed too. For all three, it was $21 and I was done within 10 minutes. I've been coming to this eyebrow place since I was 15 so it's been almost 10 years. However, I will not be coming back. The lady who did my brows used the same thread on my face as she did on the girl who went before me. I thought maybe I just didn't see her change it so I waited after to watch the customer after me go. She used the same exact thread on her as well. This is absolutely disgusting and an extreme health hazard. I don't know how many customers were treated with the same piece of thread. This is shameful. As someone who works in the medical field, I know how dangerous these things can get and I do not take it lightly. I am SO embarrassed to be walking around with my brows like this. Did a brow lamination/Enhancement. My brows are a wreck. It's a mess and I don't know how to fix it. I didn't complain when I was at the salon because it definitely didn't look like this, it looked fine. When I got home however it definitely did not look like how it did at the salon. I had a lash lift with tint and a Brazilian wax done for the first time here. The lash lift and tint was great! I was comfortably in a chair and the whole thing took about 30-45 min and I'm satisfied with the results. We'll see if it holds up 4 weeks, but I'd definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for a good lift! Everything was done hygienically and the aesthetician was very nice and professional. It seems like they are very good with eyebrows too so I may consider coming back here for eyebrow threading in the future. The overall review is 3/5 because of the wax. As much as I enjoyed the lash lift, I would certainly not return here for a wax. I've gotten many Brazilian waxes done in the past and this was by far the most painful. There was a specific part in the most sensitive area around the clit where we went over it more than 3 times without being able to get the hairs. I think part of it was that she was trying to get a large area at once and the most sensitive part at the top kept getting pulled but not waxed. I have a decent pain tolerance and again I've gotten many waxes done before, but it was to the point where I asked her to stop because I'd rather just pluck them at home on my own. She went to a different area and asked if she could try again and eventually got most of the hairs, but I was already upset at how many tries it took to get there. There were also points where she would ask for me to hold open areas so she could wax better and I had wax and hairs all over my fingers at the end. Again, I think this place is great for lash and eyebrows! I don't want to take away from that. But I would not recommend going for a wax. read more

I used to go to this place when I lived here a couple years ago, so I was really excited that I was in the area to drop in today. My experience was terrible, the customer service was not great. They rushed my service and my eyebrows look like they did when I came in. I came in for tint and eyebrow threading, and she left a lot of hair underneath one of my eyebrows and the other one was hardly touched. She only left the color on my eyebrows for about 3 to 4 minutes, it's normally closer to 10 minutes and my eyebrows don't look colored whatsoever. But The lady in the first chair from the right that did my eyebrows gave me attitude after I kindly asked her to please be careful with my lashes. She kept rubbing off the tissue with so much pressure trying to take off the threaded brows that land around yours eyes.
