Throughout my pregnancy, her office was always so helpful -- answering my questions as an anxious first-time mom and fitting me in for last-minute appointments when needed. My delivery was long and stressful, but Dr. Morales helped me stay calm the entire time. She worked closely with the NICU team to safely deliver my son and ultimately save his life. I had a C-section with my husband by my side, and when I found out my baby needed to go to the NICU, my husband left to be with him. I was terrified of being alone in the operating room, so I asked Dr. Morales if my dad could come in to be with me. She allowed it without hesitation, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. I will forever be grateful for her care, compassion, and support during the most important and emotional time of my life. Thank you to the staff at Willow OBGYN for caring for me. If I could give each of them a big hug | would. I have been struggling this past year and recently had a miscarriage. The staff here has made me feel better and even hopeful about the future. I can't wait until the day l am able to have a baby because I know for certain that I can trust Dr. Morales and her team to provide me with the high quality care that every woman deserves.

She cared for me throughout my entire first pregnancy, and she is currently doing the same with my second. From informing me on each part of the process to helping me think of what to include in my birth plan, I felt (and still feel) so supported. I also love her staff and the rest of the team as well! Nadia and Cassie, the nurse practitioners, are always incredible, and they are friendly and knowledgeable. With Dr. Morales, I have never felt rushed in any of my appointments-- she takes the time to listen and is not one to rush to prescription drugs when a problem arises-- she considers other methods as well, which is a big deal. As a patient, I absolutely feel seen and heard, and I am confident that I am in the best hands.

Dr. Summer James is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She was the first RE I saw when moving…read moreto San Antonio. She answered every single question I had in full detail...and trust me, I had a lot, some of them where off the wall what if questions and she never once made me feel stupid or as if I was a bother to her. I never felt like a number. I was known by name when I walked in the door! Now let me start on my actual treatments. My very first appointment was a consultation, and she did a ultrasound the same day so we could get the ball rolling. We found out I had a polyp, and she scheduled me for removal. After having my first HSG and suspecting my tunes were blocked and I was crushed, she was still optimistic, she scheduled me for surgery to see if it could be unblocked. It couldn't, and although I still had one tube, she advised that IVF would be best. Stem cycle...first off let me start by saying I was 28 when starting off, Dr James started me off on the normal dosage and while responded, my response wasn't what she wanted it do be, she gradually upped my dosage. I ended up with 28 eggs, 11 of the 28 were frozen at day 5 and 1 on day 6. FET#1 while it ended in a chemical, Dr James did a perfect cycle even while dealing with her own personal crisis, she never let me or any other patients fall by the way side. Fast forward to FET # 4 Dr James thought outside of the book, she never just once said well I don't know but let's just try this. She always took the time out to specialize treatment for me. I was allergic to so many things but she never gave up. I am now 23 weeks pregnant with twins!!! I am eternally grateful to Dr Summer James! I also recommended a friend to go see Dr James after having an unsuccessful cycle with another RE, Dr James was able to do the almost impossible, and my friend delivered a beautiful baby boy in February! I would recommend Dr. James over and over and over again with no hesitation. Even through my failed cycles Dr James was there! She never pressured me into anything, she always explained everything too me, explained her reason for why she was doing it and what the benefits were. I could go on for hours about how great she is. Forever grateful!

Other than her most professional skill, I appreciate the most is her friendly attitude. I always always feel close to her, and every time I see her, it calms me down. I know she gets this. You can ask as many questions as you have and she will answer them one by one in detail with patient. She never rushes you out. We love her, she is my great doctor. and I definitely recommend her to anyone who need the service.

They not only treat you well from the beginning but they want the best for your care! I have the best and most caring doctor, Dr. Elizabeth and she has taken care of me from day 1. This is my first pregnancy on May 15 2026 at Seven Oaks Women Center 2nd floor…read more I did NOT experience a wonderful time with my technician I am high risk, on my 3rd visit previously my appointments were great the technicians and front desk were nice my husband and I were exited to see our little girl we got placed in our room to do the ultrasound every visit is a new person we happened to get stuck with a very rude, not nice obviously she was having a bad day I ignore the sign and I let her continue I wasn't there for her. I was there to see my baby I didn't bother to say anything because I know when you do. You don't end up having a great experience I brushed it off and I let her begin the measurements for our baby she had a hard time getting images of her measurements because baby kept on moving she began placing more pressure on my belly to see her better since I'm a first time mom, I had no clue that we can say anything about this because I've never experienced this before in the end I tried to thank her and shake her hand, but she says I don't do that my hands are dirty She left the room That whole afternoon I was in pain. I had to be in bed rest and I didn't think to say anything, me and my husband agreed that the next time I go in and it ends up being her that we would ask for somebody else. We didn't like the way she treated me or the care she gave. July 17 i'm 6 months now we are placed in our room and me and my husband had spoken prior to this day about if she would ever be our technician again we would ask for a different one. She walks in and that's exactly what my husband does he talks to the front desk, if we can get somebody else besides her. We had the manager asking what's going on we told her our experience gets a new technician starts my Ultrasound. Remind you we pay $400 for every Visit This new technician was having her coworkers back and asked me to go to the restroom because she noticed my bladder was too full she was unable to get baby's images by the time I came back from the restroom to Start the Ultrasound she calls the manager in The manager ends up telling me that our next visit i won't be allowed to bring any more guest with me anymore if he is on his phone at this point, I didn't even want to continue or come back anymore because they're more concerned about my husband being on his phone then about me being treated We finished the Ultrasound and I don't like people being fake but me and my husband just continued with the conversations with the new technician. She didn't even bother to give me a picture of my babies Ultrasound, which is insane to me because every visit is $400 I understand that nobody likes to get in trouble, but I have to advocate for my child and for myself when it comes to being a first time mom The Manager was not doing what shes been preaching "we treat everybody the same" but obviously she was more worried about her team more than her patience. I am 27w4d on my last trimester and now I have to be going In every 2 weeks for now on and because I spoke up for myself that I was in pain they took this out of content and the whole energy shifted in the whole office and technicians we're talking and communicating among each other about how I spoke up for myself and we're afraid to help me and give me the care or service that everyone should be getting at a high risk place. I give this place a 1 star review for the way that they moved and treated me and for the manager not going by what she preached they treat everybody the same, but that's not how I got treated. I got treated as if me saying something was wrong and for them to get the upper hand and telling me I can't have guest come in with me after that day if my husband continued on his phone. I am so grateful that my husband is with me at every single appointment since I've gotten pregnant and if they would take that opportunity from me, it would break me and I would never return. So for me, I give this place a 1 star review

The year I'm preparing to depart this city, I find an Ophthalmologist, a Dentist & GYN I like (still working on that PCP). Anyway, Dr. Osowo listened. She believes in Body Autonomy, so you're informed & involved in your decisions instead of just being told what you should do. I felt that if I needed something and was unreasonable she would be clear & direct protecting her license and helping you help yourself. Now...I won't say it's a fast in and out. The long waiting period was in the waiting room the 1st time I went but it was also a mid afternoon appointment. My follow up appointment, I scheduled the 1st appointment of the day and I was in and out. If you're looking for a great GYN, look no more.
