I truly hate having to leave a negative review, especially when it involves such a personal and…read moremeaningful day -- our wedding. But I feel it's important to share our experience so other couples can go into their planning process informed. We hired Platinum Photography with the expectation -- and contractual agreement -- that we would receive retouched digital images, a custom wooden USB, and a physical 8x10 album. Unfortunately, the process from start to finish was filled with delays, broken promises, and poor communication. What followed was a frustrating string of extended deadlines, vague updates, and inconsistent messaging. The USB was only ordered months after the wedding -- after we followed up repeatedly -- and the album was denied, then later reluctantly agreed to after I pushed back and quoted the actual contract. The editing was also incomplete, with clear inconsistencies in the photos we received, and promises made about corrections (such as under-eye editing) were not fulfilled until pointed out directly. At one point, I was even offered a partial refund on the condition that I remove my review and forfeit the remaining items -- an incredibly unprofessional request. I was also wrongly accused of breaching the contract for making light personal edits to a few photos, despite the contract allowing for personal use (albums, scrapbooks, gifts, etc.). It's not that the photographer was rude or mean -- they were always polite. But it felt like a constant bait-and-switch, with excuse after excuse and very little accountability. As a busy mom of two, I simply didn't have the time or energy to chase down what should have been handled with care and professionalism. After months of back and forth, the album and USB are finally in progress, but I would never recommend this experience to another bride. Your wedding memories deserve more than constant follow-up, shifting stories, and delayed promises. Do your research, get everything in writing, and don't be afraid to advocate for yourself.

The camera was left in the ballroom pointed at the dance floor completely off center. No table pictures, no organized pictures at the reception. We basically threw away $5,000.00. The pictures that were taken were fine, but to not have all the photos requested is devastating. We also negotiated that Rob and his crew would eat at our cocktail hour, as Rob put it we are working, the cocktail hour is fine for us to eat at; only to find out the next day that he was nasty to the maître d and requested not only sit down dinners but for a table for the four of them. They started earlier then we really wanted them to so as the night was winding down he approached us and said they were leaving. We hadn't cut the cake yet or had our father/daughter, mother/son dances yet. We of course were beside ourselves, so with that he whips out his IPhone pulls up our contract and said you only hired us for 10 hours, its $500 if you want us to stay. What choice did we have? But in the end with the help of our wedding planner he thought better of charging us and didn't. So in the end I requested all the raw footage from him (which I finally received). I am going to pay someone to put something together for me because what he put together is absolutely pathetic and disgraceful. If you are thinking of using Rob Drago "RAD" as your wedding photographer and videographer I would strongly advise you not to. You would be better off asking a 5 year old and might have better luck. He is unprofessional and down right rude and has nerve to operate a business recording the most important events of people's lives. She is beyond talented and doesn't need to work off templates for most (if not all) designs. She can free-hand a stunning design in a matter of minutes! What sets her henna apart is her glamorous use of color and glitter...I truly don't think I've ever seen this done otherwise in Cleveland. She's a very kind person, professional and has a cute set-up. Without question, I will hire her again and highly recommend her for you! Coco greeted us when we arrived, and she first gave us a tour of the facility then set us on our way to take our selfies. We spent about 45 minutes in the facility and left with hundreds of cool photos. The experience was rushed the helpers lacked experience with pets but we overlooked it thinking the pictures would be worth it. After paying a ridiculous amount on prints and cards, since they weren't offering rights to the pictures, we waited for the pictures to arrive. I got a notification when they were ready for pickup so I drove 45 minutes to pick them up after being told that they would be at the location of the photo shoot. Turns out they weren't there. After runaround from the store and photographer who she had called I went home annoyed. Then Martha told me she would drop them off at our house. She did and half of our order was missing! Thankfully the cards turned out cute so I let the disaster go. This year I decided to try again. BIG MISTAKE. I used the website to book an appointment at 1130 at milo and me and got the confirmation email. On that day, after lugging three dogs and a cat to said location, ( no easy task) I was met by the store owner who notified me that pictures for Santa wouldn't be there until 230!!!! I called Martha who was very rude to me and she said no we are at another location. So we drove there. When we got there she gave no apology treated me like I was lying and started with the photo shoot. It was rushed, cramped and much like her attitude extremely unprofessional. I bought the rights to the photos and wanted to order Christmas cards. I was told to call her on Monday to order those. I did and was assured they would be here before Christmas. When I got the cards they looked horrible!! So bad I couldn't even use them. Not the right photos and in the middle the picture was cut off and turned the wrong way! No year was on the card either. They looked like a card a child made at a Walmart kiosk! I messaged Martha and was not offered an apology an explanation or anything. True to form very rude and unprofessional. All she said was send them back for a refund! Real nice! I don't recommend her at all. I even question whether or not it's a registered legitimate business. Stay clear of this mess and find a real photographer!

We got our dog's pictures taken with Santa at a local pet shop. Portraits by Martha was there with…read morethe camera and some props (Santa hat, reindeer ears, etc) That was about the only value that they added to the experience at all. The pictures came out fine, albeit a week after we were told we would get them (and too late to mail in time for Christmas as a result). Unfortunately the Christmas cards that we got had half of our personal message chopped off and the magnets were so poorly cut we only distributed half of them. All in all there are definitely other photographers in the city that could take the same quality photos but deliver on time and on quality products.
