I needed an arrangement that included her and her son's favorite colors. While driving, I made a cold call to them to see if they had the color palettes I needed and to discuss my vision. When I arrived in Saint George, I headed over and we looked at the flowers they had, the vases, and how the arrangement would look. Within a couple of hours, I was able to pick up a very beautiful and meaningful arrangement. My family member was very touched by the beauty of the flowers. I picked out a beautiful arrangement called Blush of Love. Beautiful soft colors of pink. What showed up where hot pink colors that looked like a Valentine's Day bouquet. Not only that I could have put together a prettier bouquet. It was so cheaply put together it looked like it came from the grocery store. When we called to voice our complaint that this was sent to a woman who had just lost her husband the man on the phone named David was very rude. His first response is that it was "close" to what we ordered. We told him it wasn't anywhere near what we ordered. We explained that we understood that maybe they couldn't get they exact flowers but that it still should have been done in nice subtle colors and not hot pink and could have been put together nicer. David said he could send out a another bouquet which we do not care to do. That would just be dumb at this point since we already attempted to send her a nice bouquet of flowers, which they failed at big time. Or our other choice was he could go pick up the flowers from my friend and give us our money back. Are you kidding me? You are going to go take flowers away from a woman who just lost her husband? Wow is all I have to say to that. I had bought a decent amount of plants from here about a year ago and they were doing great so I decided to stop in and get them repotted. I asked the man at the front desk how the repotting works and he was very condescending, short and sassy. I understand having a personality but when I asked "if I bought the plant here is there still a repotting fee" he said "congratulations on buying the plant here and supporting local" in the rudest way possible. I have no issue paying a repotting fee I was just asking for clarification and he decided that was the perfect time to be rude lol it was the weirdest thing. When I said I was taken aback by his attitude he continued to escalate. Anyway, you can easily just buy plants elsewhere and skip the condescending man who works here and owns the shop.

Once we decided what we were going to paint, we had a small tutorial from the employees. Not only were the employees friendly and informative, they were more than willing to listen to my vision of what I wanted (ombre) and helped me pick out the right colors I was asking for. They have the paint samples on tiles, so you can see exactly what color it will turn out looking like when it's done, which was really helpful in finding the right paint color. Time flew by and I can't believe the 2 hours we were there ended so quickly. It was a fun environment and a place I would recommend for all ages and skill sets.
