I called mid-afternoon yesterday needing a very special arrangement for my sweetie recovering from surgery in the hospital. Because it was so late in the day, the selection of roses was limited. But going with my general description of what I wanted (roses, lillys, not typical flowers in a vase, super-fragrant), less than two hours later an extraordinarily beautiful, fragrant arrangement was delivered to her room before she arrived from recovery. I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase. I ordered through Teleflora (which is a terrible company, btw. But that's a different review for a different day). I ordered a beautiful "deluxe" bouquet for $45 (plus a $17 shipping charge). It was described as "Lush orange roses, hot pink matsumoto asters and hot pink carnations are accented with bright greenery in a clear glass vase". What was received was nothing like what was pictured, and it definitely was not a $45 bouquet. I reached out to The Flower Market and emailed the picture of what I ordered vs. what was received, and never heard back from them. I'm not sure if it was so bad because I ordered through Teleflora rather than directly from The Flower Market, but whatever the case, this was not great customer service. I would have re-ordered the flowers directly from The Flower Market had they responded to my email, but because they ignored it, I've decided to share this experience, and go elsewhere. Thank you Sherry! My uncle had been in the hospital in St. George for almost two weeks and I have tried sending him flowers several times during the last few days from the big name on-line stores. The companies were happy to charge me, yet they both sent me texts and emails the day after accepting the orders that they were not going to be able to deliver on schedule. Today, New Year's Eve I finally called and spoke with the owner Sherry and she told me she would get my uncle his flowers before 5pm! Thank you so very much Sherry! I received a picture via text of what was sent and it was perfect. I had no idea what I was actually going to get since I did not order on-line, but gave some very brief descriptions and colors. That is exactly what happened to me with a florist that I had hired prior to finding the flower market. Shout out to Denise at The Flower Market for having the patience and drive to get me a quote in a timely matter. We were running on little to no time to get this thing going so to have her reach out multiple times and check in with me regarding what I was looking for and working with me on different options for flowers to make sure that my vision would come to life, even in the shortest of time spans, is amazing! Although, I didn't end up going with The Flower Market for my florist (I ended up finding a more competitive price and lets be honest, besides quality, it comes down to price especially when planning a wedding) I did want to make sure to write a review on the quality of service I received and the constant communication that Denise gave me. If you are a bride, especially a bride planning a destination wedding, you know communication is key to making everything a success. Went in to place an order for my wedding. First of all, this poor girl behind the register seemed new and continuously asked her supervisor for help with questions I was asking and her manager was very harsh and made her struggle through these questions, while I was getting almost no real information in the process. We finally came up with all of the arrangements, and it wasn't much actually. Was told by the manager to pay at the time of pick up. Well my wedding is tomorrow and I called to confirm my order and they said there is no record of it. They called back 10 minutes later and said they found our order but they didnt place it because it was lost and we were told it must be because the girl that normally does weddings wasn't there so we fell through the cracks. She seemed nice and said she would see what she could figure out. We just received a call saying they will not help us or place our order because we did not pay. We were told to pay at time of pick up. This is absolutely crazy. My wedding is tomorrow and they are trying to say it's our fault they didn't place it cause we didn't pay, when I was already told by them that they LOST THE ORDER and that is why. So unprofessional and incredibly rude. The least they could do is help us try to get something put together, after all this mistake is on them, not me. I asked when we placed the order if payment was due now or later. Get a real system in place. What a joke read more

I ordered flowers for my Father-in-law to be delivered next day in the same town that the Flower Market is in. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I wanted it to be a surprise. I had to call him to see how he liked the flowers and was informed that they weren't delivered. They even charged $10.00 for delivery. When I called them they said there was a miscommunication with the driver and they would delivered that day instead. DON'T ever use this florist. They can't do it right and don't try to make it right either. I am now afraid of how the arrangement will look since it was probably made the day before. I ordered a floral arrangement for a relative's memorial service but was very disappointed by the actual bouquet that arrived. According to the website, the arrangement was to have been about 30" wide by 32" tall but the finished product was nowhere near that.
