A beautiful flower arrangement and treats were delivered. I loved the flowers but the treats were stale. We decided to let them know and told them we didn't need them to replace the treats but more of an FYI. The next day they delivered the most delicious replacements! This went above and beyond. Our son who lives out of state had this florist deliver flowers to me for my birthday last week. On the day of the delivery we were on our way home from an out of state trip when I received a text telling me that flowers had been delivered & left on the doorstep. The text said that, at the time of delivery. the flowers were left in a cool place. I called the florist to express my displeasure about the bouquet being left on our doorstep in the heat & asked why the delivery person didn't call me. I was told that their policy was to leave the flowers & send a picture & a text. I went on their website & read their policy. "If No One is Home"- I quote-"Depending the delivery location if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return such as a neighbor or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery." The policy also says that "Iin some cases the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery." None of this happened. Neighbors were home. Florist had my number. I told her she should have called me -she kept saying "We took a picture & sent you a text." She said she'd never had a complaint in 13 years in the business. When I told her again that she should have called she hung up on me. Horrible service from this florist. read more

Absolutely wonderful. Im out of state and another florist canceled my order late on the day it was supposed to be delivered to my mom on her anniversary. I called a bunch of places and no one could do, same day delivery and many of them had service charges and hidden fees making expensive flowers even more expensive. I'm glad i found them as I was about to give up. Kenyon was so nice. She said I called just in time for same day delivery. She asked what I was looking for and how much i wanted to spend and she created something beautiful at a reasonable price. $5 delivery because the house was out of the free delivery area but no other fees. She even sent me a text with a picture of it when she finished arranging it so I knew what she would get. It looked awesome! I ordered my Mom's Mother's Day flowers through the Blossom App and was so very fortunate that Anne Marie Rose accepted the order. My Mom was thrilled with the bouquet. I was sent a picture (I'm not in the area) and I agree they were gorgeous. And the flowers were long lasting too. Still going strong on day 6! You can expect the need for substitutions on a holiday like Mother's Day and that happened here. But so beautiful and interesting! WOW, look no more for a florist! I love this florist because they have photos of their floral arrangements which makes it so easy to view and order. "It's your party" was so unique. Very disappointed with the Mother's Day arrangement that I sent . The flowers wilted & drooped the next day and they were small filler sprigs with only 3 actual white small flowers. When I called, the man was extremely rude & refused to replace the dying flowers, even though they lasted less than 24 hours. He said that's what $67 gets you these days.
